Thorn smiled softly. "No worries." He then thought about where they could go for something to eat. "I don't know.. I'm new around here and I don't exactly know my way around so I dont know any places that are good to eat at." He explained with a grin. "Any places that you like?" He asked, his head tilting slightly. ((Ugh... sorry its so short. writers block...))

Thorn nodded. "Of course. Lead the way, miss." He said, stepping aside and holding a ahnd out in the direction of the exit. 'Maybe this will take my mind off of Snow and Kiko...' He thought to himself. 'Push the thought aside, Thorn... get over it... He smirked slightly at his own thoughts and then looked over at Mioki with a grin. He was glad that he as already making friends. He hadnt been at the school for more than two days and already people were talking to him.

Delia and Tsumi entered the Glass Violin, with Tsumi dancing and twirling down the isle and Delia calmly following her half-sister, her hands stuffed into the pockets of her jacket. After noticing the strange building one day after lunch, Tsumi begged and begged for Delia to come with her becasue she was afraid that ghosts may come out, and today Delia finally agreed.

"Hey De, there's a piano up here, see?" Tsumi pointed excitedly at the black grand piano that stood onstage. "Can I go up there? Please please pretty please?" Tsumi whined. Delia sat down in the front row seats and seemed to be thinking about it. "I suppose. But be careful; it doesn't look too sturdy."

"Yay!" Tsumi climbed on stage and sat before the piano, tapping each key before she began to play a piece that Delia's mother knew and taught to her. It was slow and sad, about a mother whose spouse and children all die and she is left alone. It was one of Tsumi's favorites, but Delia hated the sound of it. She hated how everytime she heard it, it brought back so many memories that was too painful to remember.

"Tsumi!" Delia shouted, and she stopped playing and quickly switched to an upbeat melody that Delia did not recognize.

Jake Jinzo entered THe music hall, instrument cases in both hands. He had a beautiful saxophone hanging from his neck by the strap, and a gig bag on his back. In his right hand, there was a pea-pod like case, which seemed like it would hold drums. In his left, there was a large round case, that would hold the final drum in a drumset. He crossed over to the stage, opening the cases slowly, and setting up the drumset. He moved the cases off to the side, then pulled his gig bag off of his back. He opened it up, and pulled out a bass guitar. He unzipped the larger puch, and pulled out a regular guitar, some cymbals, and an electric keyboard. Jake snapped his fingers, and his body faded slightly, then split into multiple copies.
Each one picked up an instrument, and took a position. The drummer snapped his sticks together. They began to play "Poison Pushy" by Stanton Moore, filling the music hall with beautiful, smooth jazz music.

"Hmmm... that doesn't sound right... no.. that doesn't work either.. " Ai muttered to herself as she sat on some benches in the hallway, right next to the music room. She ran her fingers through her long lavender hair as her soft lavender eyes stared intently at her lyrics she's been trying to write. Being a junior, she's been trying hard to improve her singing then she can get into a music college or better yet, be a famous singer.

Ever since she was little, she's been trying to improve her singing, but since she's an angel no one takes her seriously. They all just think that angels are good singing, that they don't need to listen to her. "Hmm.. wow.. so many new musicians.. I bet I stink compared to them" she said to herself as she bit her lip, her eyes gazing away from her papers and looking at the groups of people just arriving.

After a few minutes, she heard some music coming from the music room; strange, everyone that came in should of went to class. No one should be in the music room she thought. Placing her papers in her folders and placing her folder underneath her arm, she stood up on her two fragile legs and opened the door to the music room.

She couldn't believe her eyes, there was a band in the room! maybe they are famous? But she crossed that idea out of her head when she noticed it was just the same person who used magic to mulitply himself. As the music filled the air, Ai smiled, the music sounded just like the music back in Heaven.

She placed her folder on the ground and started to clap; "Bravo! Your really good!" she said, her kind voice echoing in the room.

Jake looked up to see his audience, and saw Ai standing there clapping for him.
"Thank you! I do try my best when I play... Do you have anything youd like to hear? Any songs you know?"
All of them allowed their instruments to rest, as they observed her features. She seemed to be an angel of sorts, what with her matching hair and eyes. He smiled lightly at her.

"Songs.. ? Uh... " she said as she placed a finger on her chin, trying to think of a song they could play for her. Man, this is hard to think of.. so many songs I like.. but .. argh!... so hard to choose.. hmmm... Ohh!! I know! she thought, a smile grew on her face right when she thought of the song.

"How about 'Living on a Prayer' by Bon Jovi! I've always loved his songs!" she said as she said down on a neaby chair and clasped her hands together in pure joy.

"Can you play that song?" she asked as she tilted her head slightly, smiling brightly. I guess a song is what I need now.. after all those events that happened to me! Especially after that fight with that tainted Kurai a few months ago. she thought as she looked down at her arms, they still had bandages on them.

"Hmm...I believe I can do that. Let me check my tabs and such quick."
The lead Jake moved over to his gig bag, pulling out a file that seemed half as thick as a phone book. He flipped through it quickly, then stopped.
"Ah! Yes, i believe i can play that for you."
He crossed back to center stage, to the microphone. He rubbed his throat softly, massaging his vocal cords.
" Song 23-B, boys."
The others nodded. The guitarists pulled out a pick, the drummer reset his seat, and the jake on keys cracked his knuckles. The drummer snapped his sticks together, establishing time. They began to play.

"Once upon a time
Not so long ago
Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
He's down on his luck...it's tough, so tough

Gina works the diner all day
Working for her man, she brings home her pay
For love - for love

She says: We've got to hold on to what we've got
'Cause it doesn't make a difference
If we make it or not
We've got each other and that's a lot
For love - we'll give it a shot

We're half way there
Livin' on a prayer
Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear
Livin' on a prayer

Tommy got his six string in hock
Now he's holding in what he used
To make it talk - so tough, it's tough

Gina dreams of running away
When she cries in the night
Tommy whispers: Baby it's okay, someday
We've got to hold on to what we've got
'Cause it doesn't make a difference
If we make it or not
We've got each other and that's a lot
For love - we'll give it a shot

We're half way there
Livin' on a prayer
Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear
Livin' on a prayer
We've got to hold on ready or not
You live for the fight when it's all that you've got
We're half way there
Livin' on a prayer
Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear
Livin' on a prayer..."
The song ended slowly, witht the small crash of a cymbal.

"Ah! Really? You can? Thank you!" she exclaimed as as she smiled sweetly to the kind man. She neatly placed her hands on her uniform skirt, even slightly fixing the wrinkles that appeared there, then she turned her attention back to the band. Her soft small hands running through her long lavender hair that hanged over her right shoulder.

As they started the music, she couldn't help but feel happy yet sad, this song sounded so much like her past; sometimes she really does feel like she's living a prayer. As the words flowed in the room, even outside into the hallways, Ai hummed the song softly to herself.

She closed her eyes as she pictured her mother, then Mother Marissa, then she thought of all her friends she made in Ria. Tiff, Joy, Makie, Kurai, Nohea, Lenair, everyone has been so kind to her. But she hasn't returned anything to them, she hasn't helped them in any way. As the song ended, she snapped out of her daydreams and opened her eyes.

"Oh! Um, Thanks for the song! Its was nice! Oh! I didn't catch your name! Gomen, My name is Sakura Ai Wonderland, but alot of people call me Ai." she said as she stood up and bowed respectfully a couple of times.

He smiled at her lightly.
"Mind if I call You Cherry? I dont mind calling you Ai...Its just that your first name Means Cherry blossom, and i happen to like cherries alot....so do you mind? And My name; Its Jake. Jake Jinzo."
The other jakes grinned wide, toothy smiles, Then began to put up their Instruments, disassembling the drumset, breaking down the stand for the keyboard and all. Lead jake stood there for a moment, watching them. In less than a minute, everything was put away. He picked up everything, hopping off the stage and crossing over to her.
PostPosted: Sat Dec 23, 2006 7:41 pm

"Uh.. Cherry?" she said as she placed her finger on her chin and thought deeply about it, no one has ever called her anything else but Sakura or Ai, or in Joy's case; Ai-y. But Cherry well, thats different. Smiling, she placed her hands behind her back and looked at her new friend, Jake.

"Sure! I dont mind! My mom's name was Kirche, which is Cherry in german. So I don't really mind!" She exclaimed brightly as she picked up her folders off the ground and held it close to her chest.

"So Jake? Are you from America or something? Your name sounds awefully american!" she said as she watch all the multiple Jake's put everything away in less than minute. Ai was somewhat surprised with this, but being this place for those with magic, she wasn't that taken aback.

"Well, kinda. Im of american descent, but i was raised in Bermuda By my uncle! Hes the headmaster of a special boarding school there. Its not too different from Ria."
He smiled, shrugging the strap of his gig bag up higher on his shoulder. He smiled at Ai happily.

"Really? My family is descendents from France, so I'm french. Oh! A boarding school? Really? I went to a boarding school too, its not too far from here, but its well hidden because its a school for slaying devils." she said as she smiled as if it wasn't a big deal.

"Oh! So are you here to major in Music? Thats what I'm majoring in, except in singing, and I'm also majoring in the arts of Holy Healing since I'm an angel and all." she said she looked at his instrument case that was strapped along his shoulder.

He smiled at her.
"You sing, huh? Thats pretty neat, Cherry! Me, I can barely sing. Only a few songs."
He looked off for a moment, then looked back.
" So whatre you gonna do for the rest of the day, Cherry?"
HE shrugged the bag up on his shoulder again, putting the other strap over his shoulder so he wouldnt have to continue doing so later.
