Fear that which you dont understand.....
>there is a tremor through the earth around you. You hear a faint cry. Could it be defined as that? No. It's more like a roar. A shout of anger, one that sends a terrified chill through your very body. The tremors grow stronger and seem to be closing in. Closer. Closer. All of a sudden they stop and there is nothing. After a moment that bone chilling roar can be heard again, seemingly right below you. In the ground? Impossible. The ground begin to crack beneath your feet. It shifts as though something is coming from within the earth. You feel the tremor stronger than ever just before something explodes out of the ground. The force causes you to fall to your feet. Looking up, you can see the thing still shooting into the sky for a few meters before the debris begins to clear and it falls. Upon contact with the ground, it hits like a meteor. You await, scrambling to your feet. It wasn't that fear was keeping you from running, it was curiousness. Dust slowly blows away. You begin to see a figure.<
