Ian looked surprised when Missy pulled out the popcorn.
"Heater, girlfriend, and microwave. What else can a man possibly ask for?" he said cheerfully. He didn't even ask where the popcorn came from. He simply kissed her quickly, then began to eat a bit, then looked at Dan to answer his question.
"Mate, do I really need to answer the obvious?" he asked.

Pandora heard Ian's comment and noted Dan's statements. "It might seem funny to you Ian, and Dan, you might think that is true, but when you spend every waking moment of your life being fussed over, and have decisions made for you, you tend to get frustrated. It's like your individuality is taken away, your freedom is limited. I finally escaped from those circumstances, and I don't want to be stuck like that again." She explained. She had become to believe that there was such a thing as caring too much.

Dan just smiled at the two. "No you dont, No you dont." He said then turned to Pandora awaiting her answer. When he got the answer he just sighed. "At least you can remeber that much. I on the other hand can not remeber a thing excpet being tied down against my will and being forced to kill people in order to live." He stated then watched for her expression.

Missy laughed at Ian. "Well you could ask for a personal shower, which i also happen to be and a personal ice maker/ fridge which oh i also am." she listed off these things then laughed ignoring Dan untill he talked about him self. She winced slightly just like when she first heard the story.

Ian was again surprised by Pandora. With a quiet voice, he simply apologized.
"Sorry." he said sincerely, looking at Missy again and talking to her in a near whisper.
"Let's see...personal heater, microwave, fridge, and shower...You're like the Swiss Army knife of girlfriends." he said with a quiet laugh, then stopped when Dan said his story.
"You what?" he said, unable to believe what he just said. "Come again, mate?" he asked, then shook his head.
"No. Never mind, I don't want to re-hear that." he added.

Pandora felt a twinge of regret for venting, but she thougth she might be able to help Dan. "Um, you already know I can heal, maybe...Maybe, I might be able to help, heal anything or help with memory. If its amnesia, I might be able to find the source, and help eliminate it. That is, if you would let me." Then after hearing Ian's apology, she turned "That's alright and I should apologise to you too, you didn't know, and I shouldn't have fussed at you either."

Kaz had stopped a ways away when Pandora erupted, he listened to all he could before turning around and walking back, he first focused on Dan, "you, i do not particulary like you, your thoughts are not good ones and i dont believe your actions would be either, i dont really care that you were forced to kill, it doesnt matter to me what you did, but the thing you need to do is to try and be someone different then that person." he then ingnored the other three and focused on Pandora. "look, im sorry." He began, "I can be kinda stupid sometimes and i didnt uderstand where we were at completely, but i really do like you." He rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, "Umm, so, Friends?" He asked.

Missy laughed and kissed his neck. "I know. You can say it. I am the best." She said with a laugh. She stopped when Kaz walked over. "This isnt awakard at all." She whispered to Ian, her voice doused with sarcasim.

Dan simply shrugged and went to go sit with Ian and Missy while Pandora and Kaz worked things out.

Puppeteer Cyanide "I guess then we just chill out here until the night passes and we load the foodstuff away."
Lithil commented simply, swinging her feet listlessly. She did not realise she had been humming until Virgil called attention to it, and her gaze sharpened, cheeks reddening.
"Um... I don't think that song's gonna be in a jukebox..."
She stuttered, rubbing the back of her head.
"It's one of those Kyrie Eleison hymns, y'know? Kinda goes a bit like this,"
She cleared her throat self-consciously, then hummed the first strains of a vaguely religious song that harkened back to times she used to hang around the church choir, those many years ago. A minor fall, soaring soprano notes and a catchy theme kept it in her head through the years and now it came back, rattling forth from husky voicebox that picked up the tune soon enough and smoothed out to a surprisingly pure mezzosoprano. Liking her singing voice, and almost afraid to stop it, Virgil watched intently as Lithil sung...what ever she was singing. Not his style, but who was he to judge what he saw as raw talent? When she was done, Virgil crossed over to the jukebox, flipping through music. Sing-along time, he hoped. That is, if he could find music that both he and Lithil knew. A hundred tracks, gotta find one...right? "Say...do you know Journey?" he asked first, wondering. "...or...maybe you could take a look yourself?"

"Mm, yeah, you can feel the tension." Ian commented, reaching for the bag of popcorn, then deciding against it.
He was feeling a little awkward lying down with Missy on top of him, but he didn't comment. He looked over at Dan.
"Well done." he whispered. "You sparked a nice powder keg there, mate." he added.

Pandora looked down and bit her lip. "Kaz, I like you too, but I don't like it when someone tries to control me, and it seems as if you have an issue with that. You know how I feel about the invasion of the mind, yet you still decided to talk to me through that connection. You whisked me up on the roof purely because you thought I might like it. Please don't assume such things." She said looking back up at him. "And since you can hear the mind, I suggest you study psychology, like I have, and maybe you will get a better comprehension of it. What you hear from others might be just a passing thought, something they would never do in real life, and you shouldn't judge too harshly." She informed him. "And in case you haven't noticed, there are more guys than girls in this expedition, I don't have to go for the first one that catches my interest" she added before going to walk off. She needed to finish calming down a bit, and staying by the fireside wouldn't help her. She started off with a small jog out of view of the tents and such, needing to get away before she let a single solitary tear loose.

Missy shot up when Pandora left. She turned and kissed Ian's cheek. "Ill be right back." She said and ran off to catch up with Pandora. When she cought up with her she touched her arm. "Pandora sweetie, I am here for you if you want to talk about it." She said while keeping up with Pandora's pace.

Pandora was suprised to find that Missy had followed her. She slowed her pace down to a walk and looked over at her. "I don't need to burden you with my own sob story, everyone has one, so it's something that I usually don't share. It makes me feel like I'm whining." She shrugged, wiping under her eyes, suprised to find that she was crying. "Although I am glad that you were concerned, maybe in due time, you shall hear it, and understand me all the more because of it. I tend to block it from my mind, which is a good thing considering the talents of some here." She explained, stopping to sit on a bench nearby.

"Hey, its ok. I would tell you mine but i wouldnt want you to feel like im trying to force yours out of you. Know what im saying?" Missy asked while sitting next to Pandora. "Plus you are talking to someone who knows how you feel. I try not to tell people how i feel because i dont want to seem like a child or that i am needy." She added hoping she was helping.

Pandora gave a small smile. "Well, at least someone understands. How about this, we make a deal. Once a day we will tell eachother a little about our 'story' starting from the beginning. That way we are both spilling the beans at the same time, so to speak." Pandora offered. It seemed like a fair trade to her.

Kaz sighed and shook his head as Pandora left, He walked over to the fountain and sat on the floor with his head resting on the bench around it, "Im tanking here Ian." He sighed again, "I always manage to screw it up." He said with a small laugh.
