Thre shouldn't be a resdential district.
There should be a:
Cheap side district: Where the slums exist, where teh sewers are located. Where the most gangs are. Where the poor live..
Upper side district: This is like the engated community type thing, you know like rich people
Central: Where most of teh markets and buisness are.
Students residential: you can figure out what that is..
Shibusen: again figure it out
Class Crescent moon: one of teh school rooms
Class Waxing moon: the other class
and we will add more

A soul eater based guild we are making..we are trying to get it done by winter..but we have only had one applicant for it, but of course it is not open so maybe we will get a better turn out.

Yeah, I can't get in contact with him through IM or Text message. If I could get his approval, I would take over the mission for him, just to get things moving. But, so far, no luck.

ACK! I can't keep up! @.@
I saw that you got a Gaomon. Good job. Omega wants on himself, he has all the evolutions, but no Gaomon. xd
EDIT: ....from my looks, I'm the last one to post in the headquarters. I'm gonna give the next mission to the new resistance member, and then I plan on a mass mission involving ALL of you. twisted ))

I figured you and Zar would have a little back and forth, due to your characters' history...
EDIT: Well, you get into the resistance by being judged worthy by me and omega. We can choose you based on exceptional fighting skills, or by selflessly protecting an innocent from getting caught in the cross-fire. Just rp as you would, and we'll decide if you get in or not.
The only thing it really does is give you another location of drive city to rp in, as well as access to resistance-only missions.

@ link: Dont become obssesed with the resistance like eveyrone did. It will drive you too try and be th hero in every mission and end up making you look like a loser..like some people wth in the event...i admit that at first i wanted nothing more than be in the resistance.
@ johnny: What do you mean our caracther history and why do you assume we will have a back and forth lol?
