Avarice looked thoughtful. "Perhaps, two? After everything settles down...you and I can throw a traditional wedding afterwards. If that's possible. Anyways, I must ask, do you design your own dresses? Wouldn't surprise me if you did..." He examined the dress she wore today. They were all very elegant and lovely, certainly wouldn't surprise him in the least.

Avarice circled her, eyeing her curiously. "Yes, a wedding dress sounds perfect for you." He liked the idea of two weddings, one during this terrible race war and another after, more incentive for them to survive.

He looked thoughtful. "First, what's too soon for you? Of course, I'd need time to find the appropriate attire. Perhaps...a week from now? Possibly two? This would be our informal one. Oh, but we'd need a pastor that isn't frightened of us." Avarice chuckled at the thought.

Kirai grinned a little, also finding this rather funny. "Well, it might take about a week to make a dress on my part. So, maybe a week and a half from now?"

He nodded, wrapping his arms around her happily. "Yes, a week and a half from now." ((So, next Saturday?)) Avarice kissed her forehead, finding the sudden urge to lift and twirl Kirai around. So he did.

Kirai laughed, blushing a little. The word 'happy' could not describe how she felt at the moment, it was as if the world and everything that use to be a haunt in her presence had died away.

Avarice twirled to the sofa, seating himself with her in his lap. "Ah, so much to plan. I should go get that pastor, but I can't leave you." He mumbled the last part, nuzzling his face into her neck.
