(Wow, that must be the shortest post in the training grounds blaugh )
Ninjutsu definately won't work, as I don't know any except the academy ones and hers are far more advanced...Genjutsu--no...well, it's up to Taijutsu then. Kouga thought to himself. He threw 2 fuuma shuriken, followed by 8 normal shuriken with chakra strings at Neko, then charged straight at her, ignoring the pain in his body.

The shuriken Kouga threw had chakra strings attached, and he pulled them up so he could control their path and make them fly towards Kitty. He then used the ONLY lightning technique he knew:
"Lightning bolt technique!" and electricity began to travel through the strings to the shuriken.
Kouga looked up to see Kitty performing a fire technique, and he somersaulted backwards to avoid the fireballs. However, one of them caught his leg and his pants began to go on fire. (haha--pants on fire!)

Katon: Yojin Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Release: Ember Clone Technique)
*the ember clone does handsigns and does housenka no jutsu*

Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
*neko shoots a blast of lightning at kouga*
*the blast is aiming to kouga and the fireballs from the clone are dancing around the blast*

Kouga quickly does some handseals for a replacement, and appears a few feet away from the path of the blast. Wow...doesn't she ever run out of chakra?! He thinks to himself, think...what weakness does she have? he mentally reminds himself.
Kouga makes a clone, and he himself transforms into a fuuma shuriken. The clone throws him with all the power he had at Kitty, and jumped into the air after him.

*my chakra is getting lower and lower, but i cant show to kouga that im almost out of chakra*

The clone tries grab Neko's leg as she kicked him, and the fuuma shuriken transformed into the real Kouga. With the clone trying to grab Neko, Kouga swings his wakizashi down with all the force he could muster. My vision's getting blurrier...I've gotta end this soon. He thought to himself.

The clone doesn't let go, but rather holds on more firmly. The real Kouga, after being punched in the face by Neko, recovered and held his blade with the hilt down, and a sickle with a chain dropped from the hilt. He then tries to stab Neko straight through her chest with the clone still holding on.

Kouga growled as he felt a searing pain in his hands. He pulls away, noting that his hands were dripping blood onto the ground. Soo...she's good at short ranged combat too. He thought. Holding his wakizashi like a dagger, he swung the chain and sickle at Kitty, aiming at her arms.

(Ah ok sorry!! Cuz san means 3, so that's what I thought sweatdrop )
Kouga saw that the chain grabbed Neko's leg, and he pulled her towards him with his left hand with all the power he could gather, while his right hand raised the blade for a deadly strike.
"Sorry, burning through it won't work...this is made of chakra metal, same as all the other weapons in the Cloud." he said as he saw Neko's attempt.
(I just made the last part up--but it works for your katana too)

Wow, she STILL had that much chakra left?! Kouga saw the flame coming, and at the last second he jumped sideways, still gripping the sword tightly so he pulled Neko with her. Although he evaded the majority of the attack, his right side was still burnt and he immediately felt it go numb. He gripped the hilt of the blade tightly,
"Lightning bolt technique!"
Electricity began to travel along the chain to Neko's leg (very fast--it's lightning)
