Konnichiwa! I'm cookie_paradise aka Nextaga. I'm a 13 year old american girl who LOVES Japan. I've liked Japan since about 4 years ago. When my older sister introduced me to manga, I got hooked. I'm sooo excited about being in this guild, in my school it's very difficult to find people with the same interests. ^^

I'm Cherry, I know a couple of words and suffixes in Japanese but that's pretty much it ^.^;; . I've read a "Learn Japanese" book once and learned a few things (and of course I forgot a majority of the things in it...) so I have a basic understanding of Japanese.

They called it a fools errand I'm exoticXxXprincess, and I am currently taking Japanese in school. The majority of the class has taken a year or two before now so they are really good, so I'd like to talk with other people and get to know more. Be it culture, grammar, or vocabulary, I'm determined to learn.
but I have never been afraid to be a fool.

Wow nagoyankee! I've understood almost every word of what you said! *hyper-happy* That means that I really learn something, not just read the lessons XD That's good.
Hajimemashite. Watashi wa Greta desu. Juugosai de, Poorandojin desu ^^ Nihongo wa jouzu ja nai ga, benkyou shite imasu ^^
Forgive my mistakes, I learn Jap from January and I don't have time for it ^^" My romaji is a bit different also... just like I am learning now ^^ [ex. ju, not jyu... but everyone knows what I am talking about ne? ;]] I'm curious how to romanize [romajize? XD I dunno] long 'o' from katakana... I mean, it's a line right? Then, type double 'o' or 'ou'? I don't know, I used 'oo' ^^ But if anyone knows better, then tell me please.
Well... English is not my mother language as you can see, so forgive me if I won't understand something or [most probably] use the tenses wrong... I'm not bad in English but some things are still difficult for me ;]
I go to music school and play violin :3 I love music very much, as well as acting [now I don't do it, but I want to]... and dancing... and many more. I wish I'll become a nice part of this guilt ^^

I'm Bryan. I've been into Japanese culture for about 8 years now and I wish to gain more mastery over the language. So here's a little profile type thing;
Name: Bryan Age: 18 Gender: M Grade: First Year College Interests: Music, manga, swords, games, instruments, hockey Interesting facts about me: I have heterochromia due to a nasty fall so my eyes are different colors. (grey / blue)

Hello~ I preffered to be called Mayan, Meian, May or whatever really takes your fancy. I'm 15, and I live in Sydney, Australia.
I wanted to take up Japanese as an elective in Yr8, but my school cancelled it, and we were all forced to take up italian instead. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy.
Loves: manga, anime, ice coffee, coffee, sweets, plushies, randoms little knick knacks, pocky, the rain, the night, contradictions, music, musical instruments and my computer.
Dislikes: extreme leet speakers, mariah carey songs, fake people, falling, hot weather, dust storms, maths and my computer.
I'm trying to learn Japanese on my own, since Mum says i'm too busy to get a tutor, so it'd be awesome if people would be willing to help. Arigato~ ;3
~Mayan* p.s. apologies in advance for my poor japanese.

Hello everyone. I'm Sera, but in real life I'm Curtis(Please don't call me by this). I'm in the middle of changing my avi look(obvious), so don't look down on it. I read a lot of manga these days, but some of the sound effects I have to think of what they could be since I don't know any kana. I would love to go to Japan one day so I'm looking for textbooks for simple words to know in Japanese. It's nice to meet you/doozu yorushiku.
