I'm betting he would have eventually led us into a-" an arrow flew out of nowhere and hit him in the shoulder. "Damn. too late." Darren purposely stepped on Sha as he ran over to Kratos's side.

"Kratos!" Corrine began to look around. "Where could it have come from?"

10 Desuxis bowman and 10 Desuxis soldiers were standing a little more then fifty feet away. Kratos pulled the arrow out of his shoulder. "That damn traitor!"

Ayaka soon appeared and blew everyone away from Sha. "I don't know what is with this boy but I have been ordered to take him." She scooped him up into her arms and they disappeared.
Sha... Corrine frowned and then clenched her fists. The blue wings burst from her back and she flies up into the air. She grabs her bow and arrows. Arrows begin to shower over the Desuxis.

"Come on!" Kratos spread his wings, they turned white and feathery, a pair of white and feathery wings then appeared on Darren. "Let's go!" The two flew into the air, chasing Ayaka."

"Dammit! What a time for my powers to not work." Ayaka flew threw the air, trying to keep a good distance between her and the winged men. "My Lady Desuxis, please help me."
"Not in your life, Ayaka." Lady Desuxis smirked as she rose her hand and caused the image before her to shift to Corrine. "Soon, child. Soon you shall be mine."

Darren pulled out his sword and threw it as hard as he could at Ayaka and Sha.

The sword went through Ayaka's back. She dropped Sha and his unconcious body began to plumet to the earth. "Lady Desuxis, please forgive me." She coughed up blood and began to fall aswell.

COrrine quickly flew over and caught Sha. She watched as Ayaka's lifeless body falled down to the ground.

Ria snarled, shifting shape. Prowling in circles, she anxiously watched the bowmen, searching for an opening to either escape or attack. Of all the goddess-cursed times to let my guard down! I've shown nothing in the way of usefullness to this pack. Dammit, Ria, you should have been paying more attention!
At least, the sight of a girl turning into a wolf made the bowmen a bit unsure of what to do, slowing their reactions.

COrrine was now useless with SHa in her arms. SHe gently glided down to the ground and hid behind a bouldar. She layed the unconcious man on the ground and continuosly peeked over the bouldar to make sure everyone was doing all right.
Raine was casting a spell. "Ray" A bright light appeared over the Desuxis soldiers. A couple of them noticed what it was and began to run from it. Several beems of light shot out form it and hit many of the soldiers.

Taking advantage of the confusion, the huge wolf darted around the battlefield, claws and teeth flashing. It seemed that the swift creature was everywhere at once, and Ria fought like a cornered beast, desperate and fierce. The soldiers' numbers plummeted under Raine and the wolf's combined assault.

Corrine watched as soldier after soldier were defeated.
Sha groaned as he rubbed his head. "That b*****d kicked me... Twice." He was about to stand up when he soon found a sword in his face.
"I don't want to hurt you Sha but I'm afraid that if you try anything..." Corrine grit her teeth trying to prevent tears from flowing down her cheeks.
"Come on COrrine, we both know you wouldn't dare to hurt me." He began to use the bouldar to get up when he suddenly grabbed his cheek.
"I told you, if you tryed ANYTHING." Corrine re-pointed the sword in his face. SHe soon pointed it at his neck. She moved the cold blade sharp to forward until it touched his flesh.
Sha was afraid that she might really try killing him until he noticed tears rolling down her cheeks. He removed his hand from his cheek and placed it on the ground. He gulped and could feel the blade even more so. He raised his other hand up to her. "Please, COrrine. You must understand. The one known as Lady Desuxis has taken my mother captive and threatened to kill her if I did not do what I was told. I only wanted to save my mother. You must understand."

Shinto flapped his small wings furiously, but he only managed to hover up off the ground for a few seconds. "Great time for my wings not to work..."
He looked angrily at the soldiers and growled. "Eat this! Air blade!" He held out his plams and shot out an attack as quickly as he could toward the soldiers.
