Janani has a questioning look on her face as Lilly answers. That look becomes even more questioning as the tall man bounds behind the bar. She stiffens her jaw, not liking being called a freak in the least. She balls her fists and begins stalking towards the bar. The gun doesn't even register.
I'm not freak! I'm just short!

Johnathans superior height, weight, and strength allow him to endure the tackle, using Lilly's momentum to attempt to flip her over him and bring her down at least softly. He almost barked at her, "Ma'am, this is for your own protection. Supermutants are not ordinary thugs." The one thing he didn't notice, however, was Janani closing on him.

As the man, obviously, hadn't listend to her, she takes the last couple of steps towards the bar and slams her fist into, rather well cracking and busting, said bar. Her eyes are a raging fire as she stares the man down, just waiting for his attention.
I am not a supermutant! I've never even seen one! I'm a Celestial Shard! I most certainly am not a thug!

::Lilly glares at him, as he flips her over, still trying to grab the gun out of his hands::
Oof!... She is not a mutant! She might be tall but she's gentle!
::She gasps as she hears Janani's fist go through the bar::
Uhm, that is..when she isn't angered...But I would do the same if I had the strength!

*Mystina yells* Johnathan, STOP!
*She cannot endanger her child. No way... She won't... But she has no clue what she should do other than yell for him to stop* Please! SHE WON'T HARM US!

Fire still in her eyes, Janani looks around. The look on her face saying, "Where did he go?!" She closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, and forces calm. She really doesn't want to hurt anybody. She just hates being called a freak! There are just too many bad memories behind that. She looks at Lilly and Mystina before slumping her back against the bar and sliding down it. Janani doesn't exactly look too happy. She rubs her brow, about looking ready to cry. She doesn't, however.
I'm sorry I got angry...

Janani takes another deep breath. She looks over her shoulder and through the crack/break in the bar. She doesn't know what to do. Lilly looks scared out of her mind, and Mystina is pregnant. Janani tries to bring a smile to her face, but that comes out feeble.
I guess... Is Lilly okay? He didn't hurt her...did he...?

*Mystina hugs Lilly against her and pets her face* Shh... *She pulled her close and rested Lilly's head against her breast... going on instinct as a mother would, and smiled a bit at Janani* I agree, you're none of the things he said you were....
I think he thought you were something you are not though, I believe it was a mistake...

Is that mental pain? Regardless...their kind words bring a truer smile to her face. Heaving a sigh, Janani forces herself up and off the ground. She dusts herself off. Her hand doesn't hurt at all, despite the damage done to the bar. She leans over the bar to look down at the Fae. She, gently, smiles as she wonders how best to respond.
I thank you...both of you... Why did I have to be so short...
Janani hadn't meant to say the last part aloud. It was just an idle thought, and it slipped out under her breath. She doesn't really realize that she'd even said it. She just watches the Fae. They are an interesting race.
