Hamato Raphael OH yeah. You should interview this Tempest chick she was babblinmg about. I wandered in one day, and she was mumbling about how she NEVER liked Tempest, but how she should start saying that they uised to be best friends or something? Really creepy. No, no, no....see Tempest told me all about it. It seems in this city, they vote in a Gallant Girl...like a beauty contest for superheroines almost. Anyway, Tempest was the best and most powerful but she lost cause she didn't look like the Blonde Brat. The Blonde Brat wins but has almost no powers...but she's smart....and evil. She stole her powers from her teammates and then killed them all!!
