The giant of a creature peered closer at her closing its massive yellow eyes in. "If you wish...to know....I am Lord Titus...Master Phyrexian Dreadnought...You may call me Titus though....I am not one for formal titles simply because...I have them." The thing said once again breathing out vents of steam from the sides of its mouth between some words. It was apparent that speaking was not it's strong suit though it was able to communicate fairly well. "Now..it is my turn to pose...another question." Titus began. "You are clearly injured....do you require assistance? And who...might I ask...befell these injuries upon you?" he asked as the ground shook violently for he sat down, no longer holding the top half of his body up with his huge scythe arms for support. If he was going to meet someone new there would be no point in being ready to move. It was clear she was no threat to him in her state he thought, she did not seem the violent type at any rate.

Ayla dismissed his first question with a small wave of her hand, "I'm fine, thank you." The truth was, she wasn't fine at all, but there wasn't much she or anyone else could do about it. Her wounds would eventually heal; the difficult part was to wait it out.
"I believe he goes by the name of Yawgmoth. I like to call him Yawgie, though, just to piss him off." A small smile played on her lips, but faded just as quickly when the ground vibrated underneath her. A strange sense of curiosity overwhelmed her as she studied his size. Oddly enough, she didn't fear him, and she couldn't sense any hostility from him.

A rumbling noise came from Titus' um...stomach? one would call it since his anatomy wasn't exactly humanoid to begin with. "Yawgmoth is my creator...he built me...gave me life...but fear not...I do not blindly follow his lead." Titus said when his amusement ceased. "It is...just like him however...to land someone like you in...such a state. Someone so small and...fragile when he knows...he is obviously much stronger. His ways have...always been this. He is...at best...a bully, though..I am sure...you know this first hand tiny creature." The breathing mountain said exhaling a long sigh that blew a stream of hot air past her like it had come from a vent. "Tell me...why you agitated him so? I wish to know...why you tried to stand up to him." Titus inquired looking more and more like a very large curious kitten as he spoke. Ayla had him pegged, despite his size he was clearly not out to do any harm to anything as it seemed now.

Oi. No matter where she went, or who she talked to, Yawgmoth's arrogance still haunted her. Small and fragile? Her? Small, yes. Fragile; not by a long shot. People always underestimated her. She forced yet another smile and spoke carefully, not wanting to insult this beast. "It's quite alright. I broke his tail as payback."
Ayla's hand cupped the side of her neck, gingerly rubbing the stinging wound. She frowned, feeling the odd, unfamiliar texture, but dismissed it as nothing other than a scar. "I suppose you could say that I wasn't impressed by his arrogance, and made it quite clear to him that I did not appreciate his advances. I think I hurt his feelings," she bemused, then grinned to herself.

Titus had to stop himself from rolling through the forest around them with laughter, that little girl had actually broken Yawgmoth's tail? Titus did not believe the story although to him, if it were true he would find all the more hilarious. "I do not mean...to offend tiny creature. But your claim...is a bit...far fetched to me. Despite Yawgmoth being...a selfish a**...his strength knows no bounds. I would have to hear it....from his lips...or see it for myself...to believe that something as small as you...broke his tail. However...if it turns out to be true...then we commend your courage...in standing up to him..and commend your strength as well." The gentle giant said twisting his metallic mouth into something of a smile as some steam once more blew out from each side. In response to her second statement, Titus thought for a moment before narrowing his big yellow eyes at her. Not in a threatening manner but just to get a closer look at her. "Yes. I am...aware of his ways with women of your stature." He proclaimed before his big yellow eyes noticed the mark upon her shoulder. "But it seems...he is not finished with you. You bear his mark...you bear the symbol of Yawgmoth...upon your neck." Titus pointed out, being a native Phyrexian himself the runic letter upon her skin was easy for him to read and understand.

Ayla frowned again. Was it so difficult to believe that a 'tiny creature' like her could stand up to Yawgmoth? Sure, their quarrel had ended in his favor, but to be fair... he cheated! Her cheeks tinged pink as the frustration became somewhat obvious in her features. Oh, how that man angered her.
"Symbol...?" she inquired in bewilderment. She grasped the tree trunk and pulled herself to her feet, then limped closer to Titus. The moment her reflection appeared in the metal of his skin, Ayla pulled her hair aside and stared at her neck. There it was. A blue tattoo-like mark, right where he had bit her. She reached up to brush her fingertips over it, almost letting out a barely audible whine when the hot sensation seemed to burn the skin.
Her confusion quickly turned into rage as the pieces fell into place. "That b***h ******** marked me!?" she hissed, clutching her side with her free arm.

"So it would seem...tiny creature." Titus said, seemingly saddened at her frustration. "I am sorry that you...had to find this out now....I would have thought he would have..mocked you about it as he does...everyone he brands like that. I guess you...made him angry enough...to forget." The dreadnought said with an audible sigh at the end of his words causing another rush of air to spill over the surrounding area. "I will help you...in telling you...what it does. You cannot remove it. It will grow back. It is...as best as you Earthlings put it....a tracking device. It contains no secret spell...it does nothing but let him know...at all times...where you are. You...are more like a dog with a bell collar on...now to him. Every step you make...jingles the bell..and alerts him to your..location. I am sorry..to be the bearer of bad news is never...never my strong suit.". Titus clearly disagreed with Yawgmoth's methodology for marking her, he was all too similar to Ayla, standing up to Yawgmoth all the time. The only difference between the two of them was that Yawgmoth would never destroy Titus, he was the first of his kind. The first dreadnought and he was therefore perfect. All other dreadnoughts had been built from his design and without him there could be no more. Sometimes he thought this was the only reason Yawgmoth had not killed him for insubordination, that coupled with the fact that Titus was second in strength only to Yawgmoth on his home world making Titus valuable military material. "If you...desire to vent frustrations...strike me. Trust me...when I say tiny creature...you will not harm me if you do." Titus said with what appeared to be a reassuring smile forming on his metal face, his eyes opened wider and were more light hearted than they were when he spoke seriously.

She did not like the sound of that. A tracking device. She was not a dog, a servant or a slave. Ayla brought her hair back around to cover the mark, and spoke quietly, "No. That coward is the cause of this, and if I'm going to strike anyone, it's damn well going to be him."
She had already been humiliated and tossed around like a toy. Granting Yawgmoth the satisfaction of 'owning' her was not an option. "Titus," she lulled. "You seem to know a lot about your master. Would you share some of this knowledge with me?"

Titus' huge yellow eyes blinked closed and opened for a moment. "Do not refer to Yawgmoth...as my master. He is merely my creator...I am a free creature." Titus corrected first and foremost. Titus too held an ego like Yawgmoth's, an ego in his strength and his sense of right and justice. Yawgmoth's view was generally the opposite of Titus'. "Now then...You must ask specifics. Yawgmoth has existed.....before your planet was a mud ball. He is ever lasting, and so the tale...of his life...of everything...this knowledge you ask for..is quite vast. Ask a question about him of me, and I will answer it. Does this...still work for you?"

Ayla bowed her head respectfully, "I apologize, and I made an assumption when I shouldn't have." She lowered to a sitting position, more specifically on her knees, and sat there before Titus. "Well, I suppose we could start off with the most basic things. What are his weaknesses? Everyone has a weakness or two... and I'm sure Yawgie is not any different."
The Psion reached behind her and rubbed her ankle to soothe the bruised skin.

Titus thought for a moment or two before finally responding. "A weakness you say? I do not believe....he has any to speak of directly. There are many things...which are effective against him. The most obvious should...be apparent to you by now. He has used darkness against you...yes? If so...then that notion alone...should clue you in that light..holy whatever elemental class you want..to give that brand of magic..does the most damage to him. But....do not be a fool like so..many before you. The weakness...of those elements is a..two way street you see. Holy and light based magic...may do the most damage...but darkness also does the most damage...to them. Yawgmoth's unsurpassed mastery...of his element...almost negates this weakness...but it still works..and still exists..he cannot rid himself of being...vulnerable to those types..of attacks. He is also....very short tempered...provoking a blind rage...may work to your advantage. He does not...think clearly in such a state..though his power is usually at...a very dangerous level...so trying this is risky." Titus finally finished. He had answered her question truthfully as best he could from what he knew of his creator. Titus reflected on the question for himself. He was not aware that he himself had any weaknesses to speak of. But perhaps there were some beyond his lumbering size.

* Ali had made his way towards Titus after he had spotted him in the distance, after all who on earth would not see him? With a smirk Ali sat on top of a branch above with his hands behind his head and his left leg resting on top of his right knee. Relaxing. So Ayla wanted to defeat Yawg ey? This meant Ali could tease her some with a certain information he had picked up some time ago. Speaking as loud so both Ayla and Titus could hear, he was sure to peak both their attention.* I know another weakness of his besides light and such.

Ayla listened intently as Titus spoke, completely engrossed in the way his voice occasionally vibrated the ground. She was just about to speak when Ali interrupted them. She tried to crane her neck to look up at him, but found herself stiffening up as soon as the pain intensified in her neck. She cursed under her breath and cupped the wound with her hand.
"Oh?" she croaked out, then cleared her throat. "I don't suppose you'd want to share this new information with us, would you?"

Titus's eyes shifted over to find Ali. Titus was more sensitive to energies than most creatures were, and picking up on Ali's large signature was quite simple. "Greetings Aliator. I know what you speak of....I left it out...on purpose. The girl...will not be able to procure those...as easily as the others...in addition there are variables with them...This is...if you speak about what I assume you do." The mountain of a creature said in Ali's direction. Titus did not trust Aliator around the girl though, he knew of Ali from tales of him by Yawgmoth and Gix. He did not view Ali as a threat but was unsure of how he would act around the girl. Since she had shown nothing but a respectful tone towards Titus, he figured if Aliator meant to strike her down he would have to go through Titus first, a feat that Ali would find much more difficult than he probably guessed it would be.

Hello Titus and yes it might be the same thing that you left out. * Ali slowly rolled over and looked down at Ayla, watching her for a few moments before returning to his original seating.* But why should I help you when you attacked me yesterday when I had done nothing at all, even using me as something to throw at Yawg. It wasn't I that grabbed both your breasts after all, I simply wanted to chat and even apologize my rude remark earlier about your genitalia.
