Tentae lol Cause Hax items suck. Pure and simple. Nothing makes me rage more than knowing I have the win and then suddenly, *quick Claw activates They kill me instead. It's just cheap. You win by luck. And that's just lame. That takes the fun out of the game for me. EDIT: I think Double Team could be better if it was limited to one use per battle. Like Sand Veil an Snowcloak Pokemon. Let the other's use ONE Double Team. ONLY ONE. I'd allow that. Hey Tentae. ^_^ I have an Absol that holds a Scope Lens. I've always been a bit sad that I can't use it in competetive play. I understand that most people dislike surprises, but they are a part of any game in which all variables aren't 100%. Edit Moves have added effects and accuracies below 100. Some moves even have random attack powers, it's all a part of the games. Edit2 Not to mention the ridiculous mess that is Metronome. ^_^

yah, I understand why the Hax items are banned. But i've never minded them, they make up a good deal of the available items, and so that one rules vstly limits what you can use sweatdrop Its just hard to find people for "casual" playing sometimes. and if its only a casual, non-competitive battle then it doesn't matter as much.
I think with the introduction of sharpen claw and coil (which raise accuracy) that the double team rule may get more lax.

Lol Claw Sharpen is broken on Pokemon with those base 120 moves and poor accuracy like Focus Blast and Gale/Hurricane.

haha, yah, 10% freeze is the worst X.X but its part o the game, and critical hit sin general, there are luck based effects everywhere, so yah, Im up for hax items... I suppose I could always say "hax items are okay" but since not many other people allow it, who's gonan wanna change aroudn their teams hold items just to fight me?

I suppose rather than making Double Team legal, they could just ban use of coil and sharpen claws... gonk

The only hax item that ever really drove me crasy was a pokemon with a focus band that activated twice in a row. So annoying. In the end though it's the luck of the draw. sweatdrop

yah, I miss with charge beam (90) and it pisses me off... I think claw sharpen will be amasing... 3nodding coil is epic too, atk, def AND acc... however only a few things learn it.
