Dax paced around, never letting his sight stray from the creature before him. He held his sword at about shoulder level, the blade pointing up, the tip pointed directly at the beast
nothing good.... nothing good at all

The shadow stared at Dax and Alice without speaking a word. It seemed to just disappear without any extra energy exerted. Whatever method it used to vanish was far from detectable.

A dirty, grease smeared Yawgmoth came into the main room from outside. He had come directly from the palace. He wiped his hands on his sweaty forehead only to smear it more on his tan skin "Bah." Yawgmoth walked to the bar and grabbed a bottle of red wine easily staining the white lable with black grease marks from his dirty hands. He popped the cork and started drinking. "We are close...." he said after taking a big swig. "We need to find blondie and angel soon..before that thing finds them first. We can't believe we're going to have to side with them....ugh" The thought turned his stomach. But he figured they'd have the same reaction. However it had to be done. No one could take that thing down solo.

Dax hops down from the rafters, landing a few feet to the side of Yagmoth. He cloak flowed down as if it were a being of its own, takeing its place resting around Dax's body
I bring news... the being was here
Dax points to the side of the room by the piano
there it stood, stareing, as if waiting, as to where it has gone, i do not know. I made haste to leave, as I cannot face it alone

If i knew, I would tell you, as I also seek them out.
Dax reaches to the rear of his belt and into one of its many pouches. He removes a small cloth. Slowly he extends his arm towards Yawgmoth offering it to him, for use on the grease.
should I track them down, I shall find, and inform you of where they are
