It bugs me that they change names over from Japanese to an English sounding name when they dub things. >____>

My rpc's name is Emtaihonaleu... which is combined japanese and hawaiian. That much of a pet peve is quite odd. Trust me, I have alot of irrational pet peeves.

Seriously, you don't understand how much it bugs me.
Then again, my OCD must run deeper than I thought because a lot of things have to be just right. My tolerance depends on how close that particular thing is to being "just right" and mixed cultural name bug me.
Not just in OCs, mind you, EVERYWHERE.
Like in America, some Asian people have an Asian last name and an English first name. x____________________________x;;;;;;;
I know you can't help but being named that but it still. Bugs. Me.
And I don't like long names because they scare me just a weeeeeeeeee bit. rofl

My personal opinion on naming your character is this:
Figure out the nationality first.
If you can't think of a name that fits the nationality, search for a name online. There's millions of sites that have names on them.
Stick with one nationality. If you have more than one in your OC, pick out which one you either like best or which one is more dominant in your OC's blood.
That is in bold because that's my most important rule.

Oh... Emtaihonaleu Saburemaru. it's just shortened to empty. and my aspbergers is probly about the same level of annoyance, just at different things.
EDIt- my rpc is also albino.

Said with a Japanese accent it'd be Emutaihonareu.

I know plenty of japanese people who can talk fine like that. My dad has japanese friends.
EDIT- also you don't have the right to tell other people to change or make their names correctly no matter how much it annoys you. my other rpc's name is Ecclesiastes, and he isn't hebrew
And i swear if zarud tells me to kill the AS that just left sand Empty wont do it. If he can't be active enough to make sure people don't leave then I'm letting them. I can't be sent on a mission outside the country and then train the students. we are again with only one chuunin, two jounin, and the kage.

Rao: "O.O" what? I'm part Japanese but it's not really dominant in my blood so I never learned from my mom or grandmother. I decided to learn on my own and I enjoy learning Japanese. ^ ^
Learning about the Japanese alphabet is step one to a good Japanese OC name. ^ ^
