"He's upset that 'this world' exists, I think." Malik said, shrugging. "I don't really know what he means, but I hope he gets over it." It really disturbed Malik-- and Atem-- to see Bakura acting so weak, so vulnerable. Where was that ice-cold, cruel b*****d they were used to?

"Well how about, to kill him and get him into Ryou's body, we hit him really hard over the head. If he survives, Ember's plan might work. If he dies, then we can see if Malik's plan works." Atem suggested. Bakura looked up, wiping his tears away. "You know, you are talking about me when I'm standing right here." He snapped. "I rather don't like you planning to kill me when I'm present to hear it."

The three bickered on, hardly paying attention to what the others were saying, and to Ember. Finally Bakura let out an angry sigh and turned, storming off. "You know what? SCREW YOU ALL! If you're so obsessed about me not being the me you know, then I get to act the same way about you not being the MALIK I knew before. I don't need to be around you at all. So just leave me alone." Tears threatened the corners of his eyes.
