Akio smiled a bit and held the feather under his paw so it didnt fly away. he barked to say thank you as he looked at the feather with curiosity.

 ~*Marcus*~Words that enchant.. Skin soft as silk.A guard noticed the feather and walked over to Marcus and ripped out a handful of his feathers from his right wing. Marcus yelped in pain and moved to the center of his cage so the guard couldn't get anymore. "Thanks birdy."The guard said while chuckling evily and looking at the white feathers with greed in his eyes. The feathers in the guards hands suddenly began to burn and turn to ash, "What the!" " Greed.. One of the seven deadly sins.. Nothing ever works out for the greedy.." The flames caught onto the guards skin, the guard tried to put the flames out, but they only got bigger until the guard was reduced to ash. Marcus frowned and looked to the floor of his cage. And a lovely taste of heaven..

Akio chuckled and watched as the gaurd burned to death. he looked up at Marcus.

Akio went back to his human form. he tied the feather to his neclace so he wouldnt loose it then went back to his wolf form and howled a song.

Akio layed in the cage. he doubted anyone would take him. he studied the feather silently occasionally looking up at Marcus to make sure he's ok.

Skin soft as silk.Marcus was asleep again dreaming peacefully, but his dream turned into a nightmare where he went from flying high in the clouds to falling suddenly from the sky. He hit the floor hard in his dream and that woke him up making him stretch his wings out and cause the metal to cut further into them. Marcus cried out when the metal cut deeper spilling more blood onto the white feathers. And a lovely taste of heaven..
