I had a rpc named Noctis in HV, and like, he became Hokage.

I don't think that they do. It's all about alienating everyone and garnering all the power and editing people's posts when they do something that you don't like or agree with. And god-modding.

Not particularly sure, actually. I set that note up a long while ago and haven't really looked into the clan. I think the majority of it was some of the genjutsu related stuff. Ultimately, it would just end up getting more physical techniques, though.
And, I don't really see how seduction style characters can be fun, but okay. :s
