Reaver Darkside 3,500 CP isn't anything... It's 1300 less the the total from the academy... :/
I don't know what your made up is exactly... But you're going to have to be like me, and wait until you get 15k and try again... Try for something weaker, until you reach a higher value in chakra. That's all.
I'm off in less then five minutes D: well i'll have to go back and count it cause i lost count when it hit 3,500 cp i think i didn't do one move so i should have....4,200 cp cause i didn't do the tree climb yeah that it.

Either way... It's not that much..
My main character is ranging a little over 23k at the moment. More once I cash in the CP I've been gaining, and the like.
EDIT: That's not all that great of an amount of chakra either, but it's a rather good start for me..
