Laurelei looked over at the girl and smiled. "No no it's alright, it was just I didn’t' expect someone to come over here." Her eyes went down to her lap before she looked back up at Jess. "It's a pleasure to meet you Jess. My name is Laurelei, you can call me Lauri if you want." She scratched behind her head. People around here were really friendly. Not many other people had said hi to her on the streets. She noticed Jess playing with the grass next to her and she looked down at it. Suddenly tulips came from where she had her hand. "Oh my gosh," It amazed her, "Wow people's magic here is a lot more advanced than mine."

Deimons playfull smile grew ever so slightly as he saw his attack landed and his blade bloodied. He then noticed Krims quick movement to his right and as if be reflex he brought his right arm up and ejected the Katar blade from it as he did on his left. He felt the metal clang of Krims blade come in contact with the metal armguard part of his Katar. " Your not bad this is fun " He took anm abrupt step back taking his right Katar blade away from Krims sword before just as abruptly jumping back towards Krim this tiem stabbing both of the blades forward at his midsection.

Jessi laughed. "Thanks, my magic isn't exactly perfect yet. when I'm really angry.....and apperently when I'm worried and I try to make something it dies." She smiled watching the battle again. "What is your power?" she asked. "I mean, if you don't mind telling me that is....." She didn't want to have to force the girl into telling her, Jessi was just trying to make conversation while the battle played out.

- " Hmm..Yes, perhaps we should take it up a notch? " Krim once again leaped into the air, this time not behind Deimon, but above him. The motion of Deimons jabs would send him a few steps forward if he missed, Krim figured, so as he began to fall, he slammed his blade down at Deimon. He let go of the hilt as it went down and placed a foor on it, jumping from the hilt to behind where the blade would land. -

Laurelei's eyes went back to the battle as she sighed. "I...I don't really know yet, I know I can heal people when I'm happy. But when I get upset....I kind of just black out you know?" She looked at Jess seeing if she understood. "I do bad things that I can't control and I even hurt people sometimes." She looked down. Lauri didn't like when she hurt people, but when she blacked out people had told her she looked like she was enjoying herself. Her hands went into the backpack that was in front of her. She slowly pulled out the tick book. "My father gave this to me when I was young. I devoted myself to the craft ever since. This book is filled with so many things, I can't do all of them just yet, but I'm almost there." She smiled. “What about you? What’s your power? Besides making beautiful flowers I mean!”

Jessi smiled. "Yes I think I know what you mean. It has to be scary, blacking out and not knowing what your doing." Jessi nodded, thinking back to a few people that shattered her past. She shook it off and looked at the girl again. "Me? I can control nature, make it grow, kill it, speed up or slow down it's growing process, it's kind of cool...Oh I can read minds too." she nodded, she didn't generally tell people about her mind-reading, simply because in battles, and such things it's nicer to know what their thinking, and they don't even realize it.

Joy sighed as she put on her cheerleading outfit,picking up her poms poms,who knows how she had just gotten them as well as the cheerleading costume,out of nowhere. Thats how Joy was mysterious in ways. The outfit showed her toned,curved,tanned body,the skirt was abit short,being lifted up by Joys yellow cat tailher fluffy cat ears twiched as she put her hair up into pigtailos with blue ribbon, the perfect final touch.
She bent down and leapt in the air,spinning,back flipping,front flipping,like she was a performer at a circus. She waved her pom poms as she landed near the fight. "WOOO!!Punch Kick Bite!!!Rawr Rawr Rawr,gotta impress the ladies by..uhh..RAWR RAWR RAWR!!"

Laurelei listened to Jess talk about her powers and she was amazed. "Wow that's really cool." She smiled I'm gonna have to watch what I think around her. Don't want to be thinking of anything embarrassing. "Being able to create life is a wonderful thing to do. I can only rejuvenate it." A long and high pitched bell rang across the school yard. Larui's eyes looked up and around then back at Jess. "OH I'm so sorry but I have to go to my class. Sorry." She got up and grabbed her backpack. "It was very nice to meet you. I hope to see you again."

" I agree " His reply was short as he watched Krim jump into the air. His eyes followed Krims movements almost as if he was a computer analizing them and storing them away for reference. He then saw as he Krims blade shot down from the sky at him. His movement then became fluid as he moved his body to the side with a swivel of his foot, the blade landed right infront of him barely missing him as it plunged into the ground. From the swivel Deimons movement flowed into a spin around the blade before startign a front handspring. His hands planted into the ground and he flipped forward a bit his legs heading to make forcefull contact with Krims chest.

Taqune looked up his eyes half open as he was naping under his tree.He yawned and seemed to disappear the tree and all was gone.It looked as if nothing was there.Taqune had let out a sound wave that reflected images around him and made it as if the tree and he had gone.The barrier itself was strong inface one of the strongest he could make with his neko form.His wereform was much stronger but he didn't feel it was needed for this trick.He smiled as he himself was gone from the barrier leaving Tatsu a destraction while he went to a different part of the courtyard and relax under a bench in his full-were form around a few other people.

Jessi smiled. "Don't worry, I won't hold your thoughts against you, I've heard some REALLY embaressing ones before anyway." SHe nodded, laughing to herself. "Oh ok, Bye! It was nice to me you too!" she waved at the girl walking off, but then turned her attention to the cheerleading girl who had seemed to appear out of no where in the courtyard. She tried to stiffle her laugh, but it only made her laugh more at her pitiful attempt. She waved at the girl in the cheeleading outfit "Hi!"

- Krim grinned once more and took the blow to the chest almost willingly. He flew back, and while looking behind him he saw a girl walking with her bag, so he frocefully stopped before hitting her. He looked at her and Jessi and nodded " 'ello ladies " He smiled and shoock his head, focussing on the battle once more. He begaan to sprint forward, his fists raised and ready to strike, Krim leaped at Deimon, his feet only inches from the ground, if Deimon moved, Krim could easily follow. He swung his right fist forward toward Deimon's chin, his other fist at his side, his arm curled up. -

Pippas eyes widened as Taqune disappeared taking the tree with him. Stopping dead in her tracks with her hand out like she'd been reaching for him and all. Something about it made her looked at it in disbelief then she shook her head and turned away from Tatsu as if to say how could you. Not knowing where Taqune had went she hoped that he was safe for now and that Tatsu could feel how hurt his attempt to start a fight with Taqune had made her. Looking down at the ground the staff in her right hand had changed into a sword that was silver but it had a dragon handle on it and it was clearly visable as she held it. Doing this on purpose she looked at the ground and shook her head wanting to drop it and kick dirt onto it to show how much she hated what Tatsu was doing.

Joy turned to look who had seemingly spoken to her,she forced a beaming smile across her glowing tanned face.Joy's gotta seem happy..stay stroung Joy you can do it!!You have too!! Joy leapt into the air,front flipping,to land gracefully like the cat she was,landing a few inches away from the girl ,her long green pigtails waving in the air like flags,her yellow cat tail waved a welcoming hello at her. She josteled her pom poms a bit,as Joy bent a leg up in the air to add a final touch. "Hiya!!"

Jess smiled, but nore in a puzzled, confused way. "You don't have to seem happy. If your down in the dumps you can show it. It's ok." Jess smiled weakly, wondering what the girl would say to her statement. "I Jessica. I prefer Jess or Jessi though...." She looked down at her sneakers, she could tell Joy was one of those really well know students at Ria, and probably didn't want to talk to a little new kid like herself.
