What if we had....uhh...some sort of recruition contest? Have a week or two to gain new members by any means necessary, top 3 recruiters get a prize...with enough new people, we could reboot the RP or start a new one...or something

confused While a recruitment exercise might be interesting, wouldn't we need Lorika (or one of her Crew) to approve the new members to let 'em in? Since she hasn't been on in a while (that I'm aware of), that may complicate things...
...shame the other former regulars don't come by much anymore... Inu, Nii, Dart, Bapp... confused My guess is RL is tying them up just as much as (or even more than) it does for us...
Growing up sucks sometimes...

Well, if need be, I can always email Rika...but yeah, nobody has been on since 2010 or so....we all left
...and yes, it does. All of the awesome people that went off and got lives...well, except Bapp, because I've managed to keep in touch with him. Speaking of which, apparently he's top of his class now in his game development stuff....#1 in the artistic side, anyway, not so much in the programming side

@Mab: I'm still in touch with Lorika. We talked a few days ago, but it was only for a little while.

I've been rolling this idea around in my head for a while, but I figured I'd put it up here. What if one of us asked Lorika if he/she could take over the guild temporarily and kind of reboot things? That way we could get some more people or perhaps bring some of the old ones back and then hopefully have a nice, fresh start. smile

An entertaining notion... but i think it would need to be a very democratic process. Aaaannnd we would need to project for proper growth, etc... Well, in my opinion, this would be the best way to do it right.

It seems that we'll NEED to ask for power from Lorika, seeing as how she's the only admin that still hangs around...if that...my vote goes to Red, because he did a better job than I back when that TBO clan was still a reality.

The order needs more members. we need the means to deal with that. and we have to figure on just what ones are gonna stick around for the long haul. or at least a little while neutral
