Hmmm. Activity seems to be super up, and it seems to be putting stress on TRP leaders. Possibly. Maybe there's a way to reduce this stress...
Remember: TRPs may only be lead one a week by members not of Tier 1. And can on'y be leader by the top rank of Tier 5.
