Well, you could put all the Digimon you think you can get away with giving out into one of those random list generators.
Here is the one I used for the Digimon Mafia Game
So, you put the names of 17 (or more, if you can't narrow it down) Digimon you want to give out. And then you randomize 
The offer to help with art still stands, although it might not be like over the weekend, where I could've gotten all of it down out of sheer boredom

Why don't you number the digimon and have the people who won pick a number and what ever number they have if it matches the digimon's number they get that digimon. that seems fair enough.
