I will tell you guys now, Kakashi, has technically all of the elements, but Earth and Wind are rarely used, just like Fire. But he uses his ability to go underneath the ground to strike his opponents, which would state he has Earth as an Element. He has also preformed the Rasengan before, which states he has Wind. He has also preformed a few fire ball techniques which states he has Fire. We all know he has lightning and water techniques since they are constantly used along with his earth summoning of dogs and that wall he summoned to attack Pain. So basically he has all of the elements but his 3 main ones are Lightning, Earth, and Water. Wind and Fire are rarely used by him, but he has copied them. Sharingan gave him the ability to use fire since mostly everyone who had a sharingan has fire techniques.

Rasengan has no element... its pure chakra shape manipulation.
Kakashi is the infamous copy ninja, And sharingan in the show allows him to copy any elemental or non-elemental jutsu he see's as long as its not a clan or bloodline jutsu. This is why it seems that he has all elements. But unlike naruto who without using kyuubi has a high chakra level, kakashi has a low chakra level which limits his ninjutsu fighting ability which makes knowing at least 1 jutsu from every element a big bonus to his fighting skills since in theory he can counter any element jutsu.
His + in fighting would have to be his speed and the use of his sharingan, without ether he would simply be a ordinary ninja who would of died early on in the story line.
Also i forgot his other + the ability to keep calm and think under pressure, as shikimaru showed while righting against the akatsuki with asuma and those other two chuunin, being able to keep and and think under pressure is a very good ability.
only reason why sharingan dose not copy all elements of ninjutsu here is cause its to op for a rp.
Also any sharingan user is the show is able to copy jutsus, but the 2 living ones (not counting tobi cause i havnt seen him fight yet) prefer to stick to their normal element affinities since jutsus that are copied that are not of your normal element affinities are weaker. (dosnt mean they are useless)
