But I'll wait til I've actually used it before I make a proper judgement... I think. sweatdrop The DS touchy screen sometimes seems like an afterthought when it comes to third-party developed games. Theyre like "Oh crap, we gotta make something for that stupid screen." And if I get started hating on DS, Im gonna end up bashing the lack of recent support and thin library, so Im going to stop, and instead cry because I want to meet you all in Towns, but Im on my parents crappy dial-up.
I don't think they have a choice in the matter this time, with the DS you had the choice between the touch pad and the directional pad, so developers could make games that used the directional pad. However, the Revolution controller looks like it has to use the gyroscope to be played.
What I also like about the controller, although it's a double-edged sword, it makes games harder to port over to other systems, thus making it easier to keep exclusivity. So, odds are we won't have a repeat of Resident Evil 4.
