I have a question for you Sharigan users. In order to copy a jutsu, do you actually have to see the jutsu in effect or just the hand signs???

A bit of both. You can copy the handsigns to essentially learn a jutsu, but you have to have the elements to preform it. So, yeah.

Thanks shinra. I was wondering because I wanted to know if theyd be able to copy my custom jutsu i made. Im pretty sure its going to be accepted. I just have to wait for him to get back on ^_^ We've fiddled out all of its issues.

Think of this Shane.....Someone like Ice having Sharingan, and ability to utilize any element..........do you really want that to happen?
