Melphaligal the Challama Why are there so many gym leaders out of there gyms.... stare The Gym Leaders aren't always going to be confined to their gyms. There's no law that states that the must remain in their designated gym at all times. I'd imagine that they have other things to do as well though. 3nodding

Yeah but I dont know, it just seems like they should be in their own region is all. I dont know I always veiwed a gym leader like a doctor, for the most part they are where there job demands them to be. And if they are not there they are on call.

I'm pretty sure they would be on call too, though. They have gym subordinates, so chances are that they would get a call to come back immediately if a challenger needed them.

Yeah but I dont know. This is probably pretty hard to believe, sometimes I dont believe it myself, but I am really uptight about if you have a job you should be there everyday, rain or shine sick or not. I dont know what I am trying to say....
