Hey ele I need help building my character. I know what I want them to do but I can't figure out the optimum build. I keep getting like half way through building the stats and then I scrap it and start over. >.<
Also I have a question, what If someone wants to reset their character because they change clans from a tai based clan to a ninjutsu based clan and vice versa? Is there a way that they can do that?

Just saying hello. It may be a day or two before I settle and figure out profile details. I'm looking at a taijustsu specialist with genjustsu being their secondary specialty. There's a lot I'm wondering about so I'm gonna be lurking for a bit.
Stuff I'm looking into when creating character with spoilers in white:One of the basic things I want to look into include sage mode being available to unlock. I don't know if that will be connected to having the toad as your summon choice or not.
Other things I'm gonna look into are keki genki (most likely misspelling that) as far as how to be able to unlock one and if a custom one is an option. Because I want to know how big my character can dream, I'm gonna look at tailed beasts as well. Elemental alignment is something I was thinking I might need to know when I start off, and I do have this person's natural element decided. Villages and alliances to villages were something I thought about, don't know if I could make a spy or start my own ninja village.
So yeah, just a lot of thoughts. Don't know if there's anywhere to find this all. I'll be lurking to try and find it though. I hope everyone enjoys the effects my future character will have.

Sage Mode is something you'd just create with a Jutsu that granted buffs and describe it as something similar. Jutsu creation is fairly loose in that you have "general effects" that only effect the game mechanically and then you describe these effects in how they manifest however you wish (given that they make sense of course. Like if something does damage you wouldn't say pretty pettels fell from the sky and that was it, etc)A "Kekie Genkai" (not sure if I spelled it right either) is simply dependent on which clan you choose. All clans grant special effects that can be used to make Jutsu only for that clan, then there is the "no clan" option which just makes your Jutsu slightly stronger (you're custom ones are all 5 levels higher than normal allowing more point distribution). There is no feature for custom clans... yet. We have many other things to tackle before even considering such an option though it is not an impossibility (though unlikely) for the future. Ninja villages are limited to what exists in the main forums for simplicity's sake (really there are more than enough places and we don't want players "too" divided as it can hurt rp opportunities, make travel times clustered, etc).

Okay, thanks.
Just to throw the idea out there, I was thinking of a plant based kekki genki. Basically grows plants that make people drowsy, feed on chakra, numb body and senses. I just thought it'd be a good addition to the genjutsu area. There are more powerful ones, so I might go for them.
My character currently looks like a more evil Itachi as far as personality and preferences as of now.

ele360 - Sets an unbeatable glomp trap for play - Just watched Shameless. Its a pretty good show, I intend to continue watching. Watch List: Californication, Sparticus, Chuck, Shameless, Adventure Time, Jersey Shore, waiting for true blood, V, and possibly Being Human if I can get over the fact that the werewolf is a p***y and the vampire is obviously Edward Cullen. Edit: Also working on some ole gangsta s**t in the mod forum. HAHA! I watched Being Human for the first time the other day and thought the exact same thing.. I was like wtf.. p***y b***h werewolf.. and Edward... plus black ghost = Twilight zone o.0; duuddudududuududdu

@ Red, you could achive that same effect without having to make it a clan type thing. But, if you wanted. You could simply choose "non clan" which is used by many members as a custom clan type deal. Reason being, it is open ended, you can select what benifit it gives you, and it makes it easier to create custom jutsu. So you can easily make a custom skill and rprically say that it is a clan skill. (Though it would not be mechanic wise) there is little to no diff.
