Hinote Tosatsu TvIaMsOqTuHeYz Hinote Tosatsu TvIaMsOqTuHeYz ... Once his bloodline is complete he'll be using Raiton techniques at a +3. That means SS rank at B Rank... And SSSS at S rank... Plus he is extremely resistant to Raiton because of the sheer amounts he'd be channeling at all times. It's still in the tweaking stage, but you're welcome to look at it in my sanbox. +2 is the highest latent benefit anything will allow. Sorry. Maybe if you stacked a bunch of different things, but we haven't finalized what stacks and what doesn't yet. Right now, nothing stacks unless it says otherwise. And it's impossible to stack any jutsu below S rank up to S. An A ranked jutsu with a +2 rank benefit would be treated as A++. It wouldn't match an S rank, but it'd beat almost any A rank. And once you hit S, it loops. +1 at S rank would pretty much be SE, but it'd be referred to as S+. An SS ranked jutsu would be as powerful as two S rank jutsu, which is not going to be allowed. I thought we'd talked about this whole talking up your RPC as a god without having the ability to back it up thing? I am stacking things though... Elemental control and The Raikami +2 to raiton technique bonus. Awww, that bites... I thought that if it was one rank higher in power, then it went up an actual rank... We also talked about lessons so I could back it up. confused The best you're likely to get for your bloodline is a free Elemental Type: Raiton. Especially since you're openly telling everyone about your stacking goals. (Oh, and free types don't stack with chosen types, so taking it twice is useless.) +1 rank is an extra rank, except for A and S. A because there is a huge power gap between A and S. A is a rifle, S is a cannon. And S, because SS would be a missile. SSS would be a nuke. And these examples are ignoring the fact that S is a nuke already. Eh, things got busy. Maybe I can murder your RPCs a few times and help you build up battle EXP. Hmmm... I guess I could take off the bonus to Raiton, I mean it does allow the user to be completely impervious to raiton of equal rank... Yeah, the +2 in rank to the techniques seems really OP now. xD Eh, I was just thinking by rank. xD But then how does the 8 Gates style confer an SS rank speed? O.o Sure, let's start next month if at all possible, I want to finish the Raikami Bloodline, and then once you decimate ( Not even sugar coating my own Laxus's demise. ) Laxus, I can pull out Maralyn, and have you look over her bloodline. ( It's gonna be good. Think of a shifter, except more amazing. )

I made an oopsie. xD I hadn't looked at the bloodline in ages. xD It doesn't give a bonus to the power of Lightning techniques, it doubles the user's defence against them. xD I was thinking of the increased manipulation ( meaning they can pack much more punch into a raiton technique of one rank than anyone else. )
I guess they only get a +1 to it. xD I was thinking of him being surrounded by his own element and getting the +2 from elemental control. xD

I fixed it, now they can only ever have a +2 if they took Elemental Control Raiton for raiton techniques.

Crew won't be able to stop me, it is Laxus's nature to become the greatest Raiton weilder, so if you get into his wayof becoming the greatest, then he has perfect reason to kill. ^.^ Greatest corpse, maybe. No, not even then. But hey, if you don't think the crew can stop you, by all means, I expect you to back that up. The crew shouldn't interfere with the fight since Laxus would have a legitimate reason for it. otherwise it would be pointless and they'd tell me to stop. That's all I'm saying. If the crew found a valid reason that I shouldn't kill your character whenthe time comes, then That'll be fine. I'll wait. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if you won, I've never actually roleplayed a battle before. SOMEONE / points eyes to Hinote/ was supposed to teach me... If you've never roleplayed a battle, how do you think you're going to murder the acting Raikage and every other Raiton user that has actual experience? Having SS rank power at B rank helps. Other than that, I'm a good enough Roleplayer to weild such power well enough to combat anyone using a technique my character can just take to the face and come out unscathed. Uh Oh, sounds like some one is getting too big of an ego, its in dire need of some smashing. Its my goal in life to make sure braggers and show offs fail. No offense.

But I still wouldnt crush someone ego in an rp. Id do it in real life.

TvIaMsOqTuHeYz Go Raiton, so when Laxus goes power hungry around jounin - sannin rank he'll have another character it disintigrate with his superior raiton. =D Edit FYI, Laxus is meant ot go power hungry, attempt at the Raikage position, possibly killing a Kumo ninja in the process, if he doesn't become Raikage, fleing, and traveling the world, killing off all other Raiton weilders, reguardless of rank, then coming back to Kumogakure and usurping the throne once he has become ungodly powerful. Very few characters shall be spared. VERY few. Ouch, I think you just dissed me and my whole village and the crew. stressed Its a good thing I'm not the type to murder an innocent newbie Genin for no reason... Also, I'm guessing that bloodline will be nerfed a lot if it gets approved. completely impervious to same level raiton? SSSS ranked jutsu?

That's just how Laxus will turn out. His sensei/father figure told him he was to become the greatest, therefore Laxus will attempt to become the greatest, thusly doing right by his mentor/father figure. According to Hinote I can't has SSSS ranked jutsu, not even SS ranked jutsu. But anyway, i was misremembering it. It doubles resistance to lightning, basically once it touches them they channel it too fast for it to do any extreme damage. ( Although they only live for about 34-38 years before they die from severe neural damage due to the amount of electricity they process... )
