-Neurotic-Soul- Lilygwen I wish the event wouldn't require gold. I don't normally have that much gold and recently I've been even more lazy with gathering it so practically I can't participate on the event at all... this is such a fun summer event. stare Oh and the Gaia cash tree thingy. I thought that I wasn't able to get the videos work due to the where I live, but apparently it was just the Chrome I was using. When I switched to FF I'm able to watch the videos and get the cash... though I'm not sure if it's really worth it *shrugs* I have heard the Blue Noodle thing is not secure... I am scared to watch just cause of hearing it Yeah, I think those videos are as much of a scam as other "earn free cash" deals are. I don't really get why Gaia would allow these things to be on their site. I watched few times the video from the cash tree and I'm now running a full stystem scan. Let's see if it can find any "extra" those adds added to my computer.

Camwen Let us know what you find ninja The scan has been up for an hour now and so far nothing, but we'll see. It's full system scan so it takes a long time to complete. ninja I'm entertaining my self by listening to an audio book and playing puzzles in gaia. xp I found this great site www.gutenberg.org where there are tons of ebooks an some are audiobooks. They are completely free and made by volunteers. Of course, since the books are free, it means they are not recent and the audio quality isn't perfect but there are gems like Jules Verne and Arthur Conan Doyle in there. Right now I'm listening to Jules Verne's "trip to the center of the world". whee

Ahh, books~ <3
And, Exxos, don't even get me started on your parents. I've never even met these people and oh, how I hate them so. You might want to look into an assisted living facility either in your state or halfway around the world, as long as you don't mind the airfare.
As for my own parents, they're as excited about two of the companies I've applied to as I am and they're driving right over, to see if I have good feelings about a possible placement. *keeps her fingers crossed* A paycheck sure would be nice right about now.

Well LIlygwen I run Kubuntu so I really don't worry too much about spyware, but if I am concerned about it I just load up a virtual machine and let it do it's worst... Also check out http://librivox.org/ They're all volunteer read audio books... it's really neat...

Actually, most of the Gutenberg -projects audiobooks are from librivox so they are great projects both. I like using Gutenberg more because the search engine there is more user friendly and allows you to browse through different categories.

There's an undeniable need and desire to place a bookmark in a story, to help you resume this journey and also to let you know just how far you've managed to get and how much there is still to come.
And besides, my library would feel awfully lonely without all of these textbooks, novels, and strategy guides that I've managed to collect over the years. ( darn you, secret dungeons and items.. )

So today was my moms bday she turned 59. Bro and I got her a card and some cake. Then let her have time alone with the hubby since they rarely get alone time. Bro and I spent a full 12 ours hanging out with friends around town and I stopped at Wal Mart to buy SuckerPunch in Blue Ray for us to watch. I have seen it and love it, he has not and he is sure in for a great movie smile Great way to end our fun day!
