I was busy taking everyone else's photos, lol X'D I did get a ton of cosplay images and shots of me and our buddies acting goofy all weekend. Ooh, cosplay photos? surprised Do you have them on computer? xd Heehee, speaking of photos, I have a few of my own when I came back from France. XD Are you fearing my earrings? Not yet. I just have that one of me in the chair. I took about 140~ish images, so it might be a while before they start showing up; especially since I have to resize them all so they won't break people's screens, lol. And cute pics. I like the earrings and teh fluffy cat of doom X'D

Terra Halliwell Did any one else see Resident Evil: Extinction? What did you think? Never ask Meriko what she thought about a movie unless you're fully equipped with tl;dr pills. X3 Atomic spoilers ahead. WAAAY too short. TT The ending, especially, felt rushed to me. There were so many cool little details that they could have expanded on or at least fooled around with a little before kicking out of bed. Red Queen v 2.0 needed a creepy watchfulness upgrade. I definitely wanted more character background and development on Claire and her gang. Giving us more information about the Nevada hive - the "daily life" details such as the mess hall or janitorial staff - would have been interesting even if it wasn't strictly necessary.
Who, by the way, is sewing all those red dresses? Did they raid a boot warehouse before the world ended or are they raising cows and running a tannery in the lower levels of the hive? Why don't they just strip the less-damaged Alices naked before tossing them upside? A bit of laundry seems more reasonable than mowing through your inventory of dresses and boots in such a straightforward manner.
On a related note, their food supplies are becoming disturbingly low but apparently biogel and everything else that you might need to clone your own Army of Hotness is in unlimited supply.
And on yet another tangent, did someone invent the immortal battery while I wasn't looking? Because everyone's PDA and related attachments seem to be functioning at full power, and I didn't notice any solar panels.
Note to the Board of Directors: when the population of the Earth has reduced to less than 1% of its former overpopulated glory and you're effectively trapped underground while the pitiful remnants of society roam about the surface of a sun-blasted earth in ever-decreasing numbers, threatening to replace one of the few remaining scientists who has the knowledge and experience you need isn't a very effective threat. Who, exactly, are you going to replace him with?
Why Alaska? It's not actually isolated. There's this thing called North America attached to its butt. But then I suppose the idea of Claire's Convoy being able to get to Isla de sa Ferradura is too far-fetched even for the writers of Resident Evil: Apocalypse.
I nearly cried when Carlos died. So very, very disappointed. I wanted Carlos and Alice to get together and repopulate the world with extremely attractive children. I loved every moment of every scene when they were paying attention to each other, no matter how cheese-scented the theater became. At least he died happy? *snicker*
All that grumping aside, I do not regret the $9.00 I blew on this movie. I had an orgasm when Alice roasted the crows. heart I can forgive everything that sucked about the movie for the sake of that one moment. The kiss was also not very bad at all. Mmm~ *purr*
I don't think they should make another Resident Evil movie unless they're going to abandon the Alice Project storyline and pick up with Claire Redfield's group and go on a tangent arc.
...and I hope they do. heart

I so totally agree with all that you said Meri X'D I do believe those were the very same things running through my head when I was watching it :'3
Oh also, on a guild shopkeeper note: HOW THE HELL DID YOU EVER DO SO MANY TY EDITS? T-T;; *Hands and fingers are aching from filling all the ones she's doing* X'D lol

Making bases and "dressing" the TY edits was basically like filling pre-made edit orders. It wasn't so bad, that I recall. The hard part was deciding what to do for a theme and jittering all month over whether or not people would like it or not. X3

The desig part and theme part is the most difficult...those need creativity and innovation...
and by the way, Meave's flatmate is so brilliant, until he make the wireless router gone red. Which mean, Meave is not available online as frequent as before...T_____T

I honestly wish I had the time to make them on a monthly basis though :'3 It would help my secret fund collection thats for sure x'D lol

OMG Meri, it's like we share the same brain. I thought a lot about those things too.Although I do hope they make another movie or something. My biggest problem though was the lack of explanation. Where's Jill Valentine? How did Carlos find Claire? all those little things, y'know. And I totally agree with the red dress and black boots thing. that was the first thing out of my mouth when i saw all of them. lol
