I had won a prize from the RNG contest, here in BURN, and I did not get my prize until a few days later.
elyzia is the guild captain, so she must be very busy taking care of the guild and guild members.
So I waited until she could get to me, and I did get my prize.
So all you can do is wait until she can get to you.
I wouldn't worry about it.
