*Omega entered the training room. He walked over to the punching bag and began to work it over with heavy punches bare knuckled. He had a look of concentration on his face. He would show them the power of Omega and he would envoke the terror he once saw in peoples eyes when they saw his 7'1" figure approaching. He smiled light as his punches peppered the punching bag.*

- walks to her locker room and sits down on the bench and sighs - team raw if formed girl u did it. now all i have to do is perpare for everything, just cuz ur the only girl dont let that stop u - she sighs one more time - now go train. - she nods after talking to herself and walks out of her locker room and heads tot he training room -

*He continued to pepper the punching bag with his powerful punches. His knuckles were now torn and bloody. He was bobbing and weaving a bit before peppering it about 5 quick times.*

*He shook his head and gave one final powerful blow then got a bottle of water. He took a long drink and looked at his bloody knuckles. Omega smiled lightly knowing the blood and sweat would be worth it in the end.*

- walks over to the radio and turns it on then walks to the training ring and pleacing the dummie in there then rolls in she rolls her neck making it pop then walks over to the dummie and sets it up so she can work on flying moves -

*Omega exited the training room heading for the parking lot. He got into a black truck with tinted windows. He turned on his system and pulled out with the engine roaring.*
