Luciano eventually ran out of ammo in one of his revolvers, so he put that away and took out his other one to continue helping the team out. Once the group had taken out the Monsters, Luciano did a quick count of how many bullets he had left; Unsure as to "when" the group was- hopefully not too far into the past- he knew he had to find a place that carried the ammunition that his Modified Revolvers carried. This was a very bad time to be low on ammo.

Once Aly was sure that the others had a grip on the demon situation, she kept her eyes glued to the ground check to see if the device was on the ground. The sounds of gurgling, screams, and yells filled the chamber to the point where she could tell where it came from. Whether it from deeper, further down in the other levels or was on this very level with them. It didn't matter, just like her younger self in the 9th level was doing, she was pushing back her fear and anxiety to find the way out. However it looked like the search was going to continue onto another level. when she noticed a glint from the side of the room. Then she screamed, or would have if it hadn't gotten stuck in her throat. There before her was large lumber form, the glutton. However it wasn't the disgusting creature lumber towards her that cause her choked scream, no it was the body slumbered forward on top. "Oh Auntie, oh..." she said as she stumbled back. The only response to her inquiry was a mix of a squeal and growl. Taking a breath, she prepared herself. Ignoring the half bodies sticking out, the arms formed mouth that seemed almost to reach for her. She gritted her teeth, and then noticed the same glint again. There is it! Oh perfect....right behind the glutton.

Gripping the knives, as if they were like her knuckles, Pen sprang at the monsters with controlled ferocity. Working through the creatures with a series of kicks and slashes, she made her way through the crowd. It was different working with the knives after being used to her own weapon for so long. Luckily they were long enough to create a substantial cut, but this required to choose more vital spots to slash or stab. It was slowing Pen down for she now how to give an extra moment to find a opening to their throat or gut.
Covering her back, without being told, was Jade, using the borrowed revolver. The kind, foolish human pulled a 180 as his movements became fluid and precise. Years of training and polish for combat were shown not only his actions but in the glint in his eyes. No trace of mercy could be found in that stare. If the monster tried to get back up it received a shot between the eyes without a moment of hesitation.

Two of the demonic monsters turned toward Nari, and she quickly backed away toward the nearest wall. She landed in a crouching position, her spear pointed toward them. When the monsters thought they had her cornered and lunged, Nari sprang up and let them run into the wall. She skillfully slashed before she landed in front of them. One monster had a nasty gash in its head, while the other was more unfortunate and had no head at all. They dropped and moved no more. Nari quickly scanned the area and ran toward Aly when she saw the new threat. Aly was busy with another ugly, so she intercepted a monster that looked too interested in Aly and eventually incapacitated it. 'Speed. Speed. Speed.' She blocked out all other thoughts and continued fighting.

The paint that splattered Koji's clothes was becoming hard differentiate between the blood and brackish fluid that sprayed from the creatures they were killing. He had picked up a rather malicious looking hooked chain in the weapon room Aly had gone through; it was the closest he was going to get to his whip. This chain was quite a bit heavier, but it didn't take too long to readjust himself. As another one of the demons lumbered his way, he shot the chain towards it, wrapping it around the creature's neck. When the monster attempted to pull free, the hooks dug into it until Koji set its head rolling off its shoulders with a final tug. With one less monster, Koji took the time to do a quick scan of the room. KD seems to be handling herself just fine. Nari is watching Aly's back, and Jade is watching Pen's. Michelle-- he turned in time to see another demon fall, then let out a quick 'thanks'-- Michelle is watching MY back. Styk, Louie and Rosemary are doing alright... now where is that device? Before he could get a good look, another one of the beasts started heading their way. "Will you just go away already?"

"Talking to yourself Mr. Artist?" Pen took out the monster coming towards Koji by throwing one of the knives at his throat. She stood beside the purple elf waiting for the thing to collapse.
Jade came up right behind her and stood astounded at the placement of the knife.
"Did you actually aim for that?"
Pen went over to the thing and kicked on to its side, reclaiming the knife. With a sigh she went back into the fray.
"Thats a no."

As the creature began to collapse Koji couldn't help but think I can't believe that actually worked, until Pen made her comment and he noticed the knife sticking out of its throat. "Er.. thanks, Pen." His eyes scanned the room again before he went back to fighting. "Has anyone found that device yet?" He called back while slicing open the chest of a monster. "I know this is fun and all, but I'd kind of like to get the hell out of here as soon as possible."

"I know where it is...," Aly said as she froze and then chopped another limb off the glutton. It screeched and back up further into the corner that Aly was trying to get it away from. Stupid creature! she thought as she watched fallen demon corpse being absorbed into the things body. She tried to keep down the wave of sickness. Ew,ew,ew,ew,ew,ew,ew,ew, EW!!! That is just all kinds of gross!
She blasted the creature with chunks of ice she created, but all it did was get her a very annoyed glutton. Her rapier wasn't much use against the large glob of a creature, for a moment she wanted to ask Nari for her spears, but from a quick glance behind her she knew Nari needed both. Sadly there was no 'head to cut off, deed done' type deal here. It was a huge glob that eat every...Aly paused thinking and then reached into her shirt to pull out the gem stone.
Yanking it off, Aly focused all her energy on the gem stone, charging it with magic, to the point where the stone glowed and gave off soft wisp of the smoke. All the while she worked on drawing the creature forwards, like tempted a child with a candy. With one quick glance to check that the monster was a good distance away from the device, she hurled the stone into the open mouth of the demon. Shooting blots of energy after it, before she shield the demon off with one of her shields.
Thanks to the shield no sound was heard, but the room gave a slight tremble. Aly could feel a tingle over her skin as the mana from the explosion sought a room to fill. The worst part was the inside of the shield, brown stuff, blood, and a few limbs sliding down the sides of the shield. For a moment, Aly hoped that Nari was defending her back well because she was frozen in disgust. Then glanced around to see that there were only two demons remaining. I guess I took longer to kill this thing than I thought...how sloppy of me, she thought holding in her shield in place and asking, "Could someone get the device from the corner over there. I risk moving at the moment or all that...stuff...will go all over the place."

After Nari smashed her double-edged spear into another monster's head, she yelled "Going for it!" and sprinted toward the corner. Her sprint quickly slowed down to a jog when she actually saw what was inside the sphere. Her breakfast tried to come up while she took in the gruesome sight, but she forced it back down and got back to work. She ran around the shield to the corner and spotted the device. Her eyes bulged. 'YES!!...Now just grab it and get it to the boss.' Carefully picking it up at the end, Nari placed it in the left pocket of her sweats. "I have the device! Can we leave this place now?" she announced to the others.

Koji let out a small sigh of relief as the last of the monsters fell. "Thank god.." He mumbled as he headed over to where the rest of the group was gathering. The mess being contained in Aly's shield would have been enough to make him revisit his breakfast if he had eaten anything before getting swept away. Fortunately he hadn't. "Leaving would be great, but what are we going to do? Obviously holding that device all at one didn't work. And we have to get out of here before holding that shield becomes too much for Aly to take."

"Yeah, my idea didn't exactly work. It seemed to make the location worse..." Nari said to Koji and sighed. She stuck her spear into the ground and used it to support her while she squatted down to think. "Aly can't hold for too long, and we don't know what else is waiting to eat us here...I'm not sure if we should just figure out a way to randomly transport out of here, but that's what I'm leaning toward. It's far too dangerous here. Anyone want to do the honors of taking us somewhere?"

Luciano clenched his jaw. Right now he was afraid to take the device, because he had no idea where, or when, it would take them. There were a lot of memories that he didn't want to revisit, and right now he didn't want to take any risks. So, Luciano waited for someone to take the device so that he wouldn't have to.
Meanwhile,
After the very heated moment between himself and Horatio, Ari contacted his son, Michelle's little brother, Raph. Ari had Raph meet him at the manor, and then the two would then stop at the Headquarters. On the way there, Ari sat in total silence on the passenger's side while his son drove the car; Raph's Chop Top. Music was quietly playing as Raph sat at the wheel; Raph was just as worried about Michelle as his father, but not getting psychotic about it like he thought Ari was. After making a left, Raph asked, "So. . . When we get there, whadda we do?" Ari didn't look at Raph, instead he replied, "Let me worry about that, Boy." The second they pulled in to HQ, Ari jumped out of the car. Raph put the car in park, turned it off, then accompanied his father to the door. Ari didn't even knock, instead he opened the door and stood in the middle of the room. "Alright. I don't care who any of you people are, but I demand to know where the ******** my daughter is. WHERE IS MICHELLE?!" Raph came in, and stood next to his father, "We hadn't heard from her in a little while. We're worried. . .-" "Shut up Raph- I'm serious!! Where is my daughter?! I'm not leaving until she shows up here!!"

...What on earth...? Sabe heard boisterous shouting coming from the ground floor, and ran to the stairs to investigate. He froze when he saw two men that looked much bigger, stronger, and angrier. After staying on the second floor quickly proved to be worthless, he gingerly stepped down the stairs until he was almost on the ground floor. The extra two or three steps were meant to be a 'head start' for him in case he needed to flee back upstairs.
Sabe was getting shaky as he looked at Ari and Ralph. It was hard to look at them directly. "Can I h-help you?" he asked.

Ari and Raph looked up at Sabe, Ari shouted, "I'm looking for my daughter Michelle Lenchantin!- Tell me where she is!!" Raph stayed put for a moment, he knew his father was getting a little too dramatic, so he stepped forward and he said, "Yo, we're jus' lookin' for my sister. Any ideas where she's at?" Ari shouted at Raph, "Shut up, Raphael! I will handle this!-" Ari ran to the bottom of the steps and he said, "You ******** tell me where my little girl is, you peon!!" Raph let out a sigh and walked to the foot of the steps. He knew s**t was about to get out of control real fast.

"Well... I might as well." Koji said, his heart starting to pound a little harder. Maybe if I just focus all my energy on the best part of my past we'll be able to get somewhere that we can actually think about how to fix our situation. He took a deep breath and focused intently on the day his art shop opened, standing beside his best friend, Foxi, as the first customer came in. "Here it goes." His heart skipped a beat as he grabbed the device, then he frowned down at it when nothing happened. "Well that was anti-climactic... I mean, I had a good memory in mind and every--" before he could finish his thought, the dials started to spin again and that familiar blue light enveloped the gang.
Koji managed to land feet first thing time, unfortunately he landed on to top of a narrow wall and quickly lost his balance, sending him toppling onto the ground. They were obviously back in Durem, but it didn't seem to be anywhere near headquarters. Whatever time they had landed in was in mid winter and the clouds in the night sky threatened to add more to the already high levels of snow on the street. "At least we're out of that last place..." Koji said, shaking the snow out of his clothes.
