hmm... I don't know if I wanna enter the gym challenge with my current team or not.
I've been using it for a long time, so I kinda feel like a change.
my team is mostly NU/UU pokes though, so I'm not sure how well I'd do against the E4/champ.

evoluated how? by battling people? or just someone looking at them/what moves they know?

Different people in this guild will basically look at your team and see if it's good, as in how do you use them (mixed wallbreaker, staller, etc.) moveset, nature, things like that. They'll also give you advice on how to fix up your team. I would recommend putting in Milotic and Dragonite, Porygon-Z is a good choice if EV trained well, Gallade isn't too bad. Weavile can take down most Garchomps (even though it's uber, won't see it in battle), and I like my Aggron because it has Rock Head and Double-Edge. Charizard, depends how you use it. I don't know about Lickilicky. But don't take my word for it, I'm not much of an expert. The crew guild is though, they're usually the more active ones in the guild.

I've done well so far, I battled 2 people.
stray (was a very close match but he won) and roy, I won, but he said it was just random pokes, so I don't know if winning meant anything or not sweatdrop
so im at 50/50 now xd

That's pretty good. Roy is a tough one. He's the most frequent battler in the guild. Does NOTHING but battle. I've never beaten him, but some have. My team consists of Luxray (a must, my all-time fave), Typhlosion, Heracross, Hippowdon, Aggron, and Crawdaunt.

porygon z is 31sp.atk/speed. has modest nature, and EVis into sp.atk and speed. has choice scarf for speed. and has the adaptability trait.
I *ussually* pull him out just to do a quick hyper beam if I REALLY need somethign dead 3nodding
other moves are dark pulse, ice beam and charge beam
gallade, adamant, 31 atk/def and speed. choice scarf.
mainly use to sweep close combat.
other moves are leaf blade (for water/grass) night slash and phycho cut (for stab)
weavile is jolly, 31 atk/speed. choice band (probably will change but I like the extra power) has ice punch, brick break, night slash and dig.
charizard has fire blast, hidden power (electric), earthquake and brick break, he come sin handy a lot, suprisingly ^.^
lickilicky... seriously, I think this thing is the best thing on my team X.X it takes ahit incredibly well and deals out the hits fairly hard.
dont rememebr the ability, but I have a wide lens on him, with fire blast, power whip, earthquake and explosion.
aggron, adamant nature, 30 atk and speed, has life orb. rock polish, rock head, fire punch and earthquake.
EV's into his atk and speed, he out runs almost anything thats not banded.
clasic milotic sleepalk wall.
and a dragon dancing dragonite, with life orb. adamant, has dragon dance, outrage, aqua tail and extreem speed
