"They call me Brom, and this fine lady goes by Feldspar." he answered simply. Releasing his arms, his left fell to his side as his right moved upward, forming a fist over his heart as he bowed slightly in greeting to the stranger. "Of course, we would be much obliged if you would honor us with the same information." he finished with a pleasant smile, again crossing his arms loosely over his chest.

Yawgmoth did not return the bow for he was a lord, this man so far as he introduced himself was just a simple commoner. The laws of Earth were set so. "We are Lord Yawgmoth of Phyrexia." Yawgmoth said with a firm nod of his head. "A dragon huh? Dragoness we should say." Yawgmoth corrected himself since Brom had introduced the dragon as a 'lady'. "Pure bloods are so very uncommon around here. We have tons of half breed dragons. Haven't seen a pure blood in a long long time."

"Aye, a dragon, no strings attached. Part of being a Dragon Rider is that there is but one Dragon and one Rider. Can't be having them switched up or mixed up and all that. Where as she may be considered uncommon here, where we come from, 'tis uncommon to see folk with dragon mixed in their blood." he replied factually, but not condescendingly.

Hearing what she assumed to be a compliment of sorts, she raised her head toward the sky, snorting a bit, showing flame and smoke as she did, simply for show as to affirm that she was indeed a dragon through and through.

She spoke to Brom with her mind, not willing to share her thoughts with such a stranger. "Something odd with this one .. Time will tell where he lies on the lines of friend or foe." she said simply. Brom simply recognized her comment by looking at her, showing no indication to Yawgmoth they had spoken.

Yawgmoth shrugged. "All creatures are just that to us, nothing more. We are above the concept of normal to a far extent. You will not find another creature like us. We assure you so my good man." he said with a slightly evil grin as the dragon snorted flame and smoke. The creature was sentient enough to understand Yawgmoth. Curious how it did not speak to him though. Oh well. "You asked if we knew the land, why did you ask, lost?"

"We seek our student. If you've met her you might think her a bit .. odd." he replied a smile and stern expression on his face. "Her name is Ziven."

Yawgmoth's expressions froze for a moment and a glint shone over his eyes. "Student you say? This means you are her former master yes?" Yawgmoth said with a growing interest. Ziven always spoke of him so highly, he looked so non-threatening. So....weak. Was this the great dragon rider she was so fond of? What a let down Yawgmoth thought. Deciding to push the man's buttons Yawgmoth spoke. "Oh my yes, We know that little girl very well. We had such a fun time with her. Though she did not enjoy it nearly as much as we did" Yawgmoth said with a sinister laugh hoping to jar the man.

Posture stiffening with his reply, Brom did not like the sound of what this Yawgmoth character was saying. The only indication of this annoyance he gave was by arching his brow. "Aye, we are her master. Might you know where to find her?" he asked, pressing forward with the conversation, not wanting to give him attention to what he wanted.

Feldspar swished her tail from straight behind her, slightly to her left, then all the way to the right, until it was curled up underneath her. She too was irritated with this large man, sooner wishing to see how he might taste than listen to him longer. Knowing Brom's wishes, she did not act either, but she did again sort, large plumes of smoke issuing from her nostrils as she did. Blue eyes matching blue scales, narrowed, looking at Yawgmoth with a dangerous ferocity if he were to continue to speak of Ziven in such an ill tone. "If he has done anything to harm our Little One ..."

Yawgmoth decided to push more buttons just to test the newcomer. Completely ignoring Brom, his attention turned to the dragon who was very clearly irritated by what he said. Yawgmoth too had a tail and the way she had moved hers in addition to some other things clued him in that she was not exactly happy with Yawgmoth's choice of words. "It is quite clear you are sentient and you understand us dragoness. Do you speak? Or do you just understand the words and glare?" he asked with a sadistic grin on his face, provoking the two of them and enjoying every second of it.

Arms lowered to his sides as he listened to what the man said. This was an interesting, and irritating, meeting indeed. "She is just as sentient as you and I, simply lacks the ability to speak aloud. If there is something you have to say to her, say it. I will reply to you on her behalf --" he stopped and tilted his head slightly toward her.

Her agitation grew as he continued to speak. However it finally reached a plateau as she realized he was toying with her. Again she snorted, but this time no smoke arose from her belly. Generally she did not interrupt Brom when speaking, but tonight's antics merited quick replies. "Tell this creature that I do not believe that he has truly met any dragons, or at least not true dragons. If he had, he would know that their spirits hold the same passion and drive as any other sentient being." she said to Brom, holding her head high and proud, easily several feet above the men she was watching.

Arching a brow, he grinned a bit. To her mind, he asked forgiveness for not relaying her words verbatim, but got the point across. "Feldspar finds it impossible to believe your claim of knowing Dragons as she notices your surprise of her ability for thought and communication. Dragons are a passionate yet private race. They speak with few directly. Any communication she has for you will be channeled through me."

Yawgmoth began to chuckle as Brom relayed the message and simply shook his head. "Allow us to explain something her then. We are a timeless creature, a force of nature if you will. We have met dragons that are more pure blooded than she, god like creatures they were. Stronger than almost anything we've ever witnessed including ourselves. So we know what a real dragon is. She is of a diluted species if she lacks the ability to speak. Really you Earth creatures amuse us with your talk of knowledge. Perhaps here she is as pure blooded as they come. But being a relatively young planet we assure you there are greater dragons of whose blood is direct from the dragon that bore forth all dragons into this universe." Yawgmoth stated proudly. He of course spoke of the Ur-Dragons and their descendant to the Ur-Dragon. Yawgmoth wasn't one to believe in silly legends that one great dragon bore forth all dragons but having met the five of them and heard their claim he had no proof that it didn't happen. All the same Yawgmoth decided to stop toying. "We have had our fun however. Come. We will lead you both to Ziven's home. Whether or not she is in at the moment remains to be seen but rest assured if you wait there she will show." Yawgmoth said with a slight laugh turning his back at the two motioning over his shoulder with his fingers that they should follow.

Brom simply nodded and crossed his arms over his chest again - he was irritated by the arrogance of this fellow but it was an acceptable price to pay by tolerating this if it meant leading them directly to Ziven. "It appears the histories of which we know is different. Perhaps some day we would consider sitting down and discussing what is known for a better understanding for all peoples." he said carefully, wanting to show appreciation, but not too much as well as acknowledgment. When he finally indicated that they would be going to Ziven, he again nodded and moved in the direction Yawgmoth had began moving in.

Feldspar gave another snort and took off again, deciding to hunt rather than hang around with this guy any longer - she would catch up later.

Glaedr and David were out racing when they felt two things that would most likely cause trouble, Yawgmoth and anger. Speeding towards the location, they see a familiar blue dragon taking off and a familiar man heading towards Yawgmoth. Glaedr followed after the blue dragon, and David flew down towards the man and Yawgmoth.

Seeing David approach Yawgmoth grew irritated to a point. "Not going to follow us on your dragon huh? Your choice. Well we're off then my friend." Yawgmoth said using the term 'friend' very very loosely as he began to lead Brom away, through the thickets of the outside domain towards Ziven's home.

Tilting his head skywards, he realized there was a person and a dragon near. This was odd, as he did not know that there would be another rider in this area. If they had business with him, they'd need to follow him as he was being lead to Ziven's house by Yawgmoth. Returning his attention to the impatient man, he nodded. "Aye, she will hunt while we walk. That is .. unless you are planning to fly to Ziven's house. Then I will request her to return as I am not able to fly alone." he said with a slight chuckle.

Taking off, the wind felt cool and refreshing in the dusk. Just as she got moving, she realized that she was not alone .. another dragon?! Goodness .. this would be interesting.
