Maddy sent out Reshiram to face her first opponent, a Red Gyarados.
"Reshiram, use Draco Meteor!"
Comets blazing with blue and gold flame rained down from the sky, slamming hard into the Red Gyarados. The leviathan growled menacingly and unleashed a powerful torrent of water, hitting Reshiram square in the chest with a Hydro Pump.
"You got this, Reshi! Finish it with Stone Edge!"
Reshiram slammed his tail hard into the ground, causing jagged pieces of rock to erupt from the ground below the Red Gyarados, stabbing at it's soft underbelly. The Gyarados let out a roar and fainted.
Maddy looked over Reshiram, making sure he was ready for the next opponent. He had taken a heavy blow from that Hydro Pump, but he seemed perfectly functional. She turned towards her next foe, a Flying Sharpedo. It seemed to be readying itself for an attack; a Skull Bash maneuver.
"Reshiram! Prepare a Solar Beam!"
Reshiram began to glow with golden light as he absorbed sunlight (or what little sunlight he could absorb during this storm). It seemed it would take an extra turn to acquire the power needed for his attack. The Sharpedo launched itself at Reshiram, hitting him square in the chest. Reshiram continued to hold his own, unfazed and still absorbing energy. The Sharpedo growled and bit hard at Reshiram's left wing, trying to make him flinch. Reshiram let out a loud roar, and a golden beam of light erupted from his maw, blasting the Sharpedo away with a critical hit. Reshiram's attack sent Sharpedo flying and the floating shark disappeared into the distance.

Ren and Kasumi watched as Gyarados and a sharpedo soared at them "Snowy, come forth" Kasumi called out the grass/ice type.
Ren threw out a pokeball as well "Rotom!"
The red gyarados flew in, targetting snowy the snover with an aqua tail while sharpedo went after mow rotom using aqua jet.
"Rotom, attack sharpedo with an uproar!" Ren ordered
"Snowy, use Blizzard" Kasumi ordered
Mow Rotom attempted to dodge the aqua jet, but failed, taking the hit, but still unleashed it's sonic attack and sent the sharpedo backwards.
The red gyarados got close to snowy the Snover, but was struck hard by the powerful blizzard attack. The Sharpedo tried to get back up, but Mow Rotom used uproar a second time to make it faint, and then another pair approached, yet another red gyarados and flying sharpedo.
As they approached, the sharpedo inexplicably used ice fang on the gyarados, weakening it, but the new gyarados's focus was on Mow Rotom.
Ignored by gyarados, the sharpedo went after snover.
"Snover, use energy ball" Kasumi ordered
"Rotom, use Thunder!" Ren ordered
Kasumi concentrated, manipulating the areas directly around both attacks to boost their power and the two ranged attacks struck, Rotom's thunder striking the second gyarados and snowy's energy ball striking the second sharpedo, knocking both out.

Me: Damn... that hurt!
*I look around and see none of my team mates. I open my TADS and see that Brian posted a mission up*
Me: Hopefully the gig isn't up!

*As we take a look around Celadon, we see that it is flooding heavily*
Me: Well given the mutated Pokemon, Archie has to be behind it.
*I start to see blue Grimer start to swarm the Celadon Gym and grass Pokemon attempt to flee*
Me: Save a Grass Pokemon and then take care of the Grimer.

Noticing the grimer coming out of the gym, Ren spotted four grimers that had surrounded a Bulbasaur and a Pansage and mentally directed Kasumi to that area. The pair of grass types were already weakened, so the pair threw pokeballs at the grass-types as the and their pokemon approached.
Four grimers unleashed four sludge attacks, two striking mow rotom and two striking Snowy, and greatly weakening the pair by severely poisoning them
Kasumi recalled Snowy and Ren recalled Mow Rotom
"Axew, I choose you!" Ren called out his Axew "Use dragon pulse on those grimer!"
"Pory, come forth" her porygon appeared "Use discharge on those grimer!"
Ren telekinetically lifted the two captured grass types in their pokeballs into the air as the combined attacks struck the four grimers and made each of them faint.
The two pokeballed flew to Ren and Kasumi, and each of them took one, uncertain which was which, but just glad that they were safe.

*I see a Leafeon fleeing from the gym*
Me: Eeveelutions are always fun.
*I send out Sharpedo*
Sharpedo: You're sending me out against a Grass type why?
Me: Shut up and Ice Beam it.
*Sharpedo sends an icy beam at Leafeon*
*The Leafeon responds with some weak leaves that seem a bit arcane*
Me: PokeBall go!
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
DING!
Me: Glad I got that over quickly.
*The Grimer finally catch up*
Me: Sharpedo, Earthquake!
*Sharpedo hits the ground hard and the Grimer take great damage*
*A Bomb of Sludge comes out and KOs Sharpedo*
Me: OK, Aerodactyl come on out!
*Aerodactl pops out of her PokeBall*
Me: Earthquake!
*The two Grimer are quickly finished off*

Maddy let out her Giratina, who stood in the way of the Grimer trying to capture the Grass-type Pokemon. She wasn't interested in catching anything, so she let the Grass-type escape her. She didn't even look to see what exactly it was.
"Giratina, use Earthquake!"
The ghost dragon slammed the ground hard, letting lose a powerful Earthquake. The Grimer was KO'd.
"Sorry, guys, gotta go!"
With that, Maddy disappeared.

*I then turn to the center of town and see Archie with Imbruimew*
Archie: You had to bring that giant lizard.
Me: Well, apparently the "giant lizard" isn't enough.
Archie: Of course not. Imbruimew was made with the power of a god.
*Imbruimew is just looking up to the sky with arms outstretched*
Me: Why flood Celadon?
Archie: Simple. The power of water. The good things that come from water. The water needs to be clean. I'm sure you've heard of the reports that the waters here are so polluted that Grimer are born here.
Me: Seems you helped in that, Blue Grimer ain't exactly natural.
Archie: It will all work out in the end. Some things can't be perfectly cleaned, such as this waste of a city, but dilution does many good things.
Me: I think a Suicune would do the job just fine, and I don't think you would've needed to create an admonition to fix Celadon.
Archie: Oh my Usurper, that only treats the symptom, not the problem itself.
Me: Then whats the problem.
Archie: People like you who will let the waste of land pollute the water. Imbruimew, finish the cleansing!!!
*Imbruimew thrusts its arms down, and the torrential downpour resumes, despite Rayqauza's presence. Soon the Game Corner is completely submerged, and people can be seen flleeing to the roof of the Celadon Dept Store.*
Me: Carp!
*I get on Gyrados*
Archie: So long Aqua!
*He and Imbruimew disappear in a flash of lighting and the rain slows down, maintaining flood levels*
Me: Well... I don't think there's much more we can do here.

Rewards: Chapter 4 - Cleansing Floods
So Archie flooded a city... just to take care of some pollution. I feel that was a bit counter productive. Anyways, it seems Imbruimew surpasses legendary powers. This will be a challenge
Rewards: 10,000 PD, 1 Ultra Ball, 1 Mystery Stone.

"Yeah, things have been kinda slow for a while" Kasumi agreed, playing with a few strands of her hair.
