Welcome to my future home, Nintendo Headquarters. Mimi: See the buttons up at the top of the bar? Click on "tools", then "internet options". Lastly, click the button that says "Delete Files". It may take a while, and seem like your computer froze for a minute, but after a little tiny bit, it'll go back to normal. Then close Internet Explorer and re-open it.
