Luciano could hear Pen and Jade talking; He clenched his jaw at the idea of Jade wanting to alter things a bit just to tip things in his favour. This didn't sit well with him. Good intentions or not, it didn't feel right. Michelle walked over to Aly, who was holding the device, and asked her, "May I see that real quick?" Hesitantly, Michelle carefully took the device and closely examined it. Never in her life has she seen such a thing, though since being with the group s**t like this was bound to happen- Of course. As if getting kidnapped by Aliens, or fighting monsters and Zombies, or going on some wild chase to find Luciano and Skotti wasn't nuts-o enough. As Michelle looked at the device, she saw the glow of the blue light and let out an 'Ooooh!', then smiled at its beauty. Luciano's head snapped in the direction of this 'Ooooh!' and gasped, "Michelle! Don't!" He suddenly grabbed the other part of the device. Next thing he knew, he was thrown right on top of her in a bush. It was warm out, sunny, and judging from where the sun was it felt like it was four O'clock in the evening. Luciano looked around and he said, "What the. . .?"

(Thanks for the welcome ^^)
Renfri slightly tilted her head to one side while staring at Sabe. "I guess that my business is the same as yours, from now on," She smiled before explaining herself, "Iยดm here to put my talents at the Kuro Gangยดs service."
While Renfri talked, her eyes darted from Sabeยดs face, to the room behind him, to her surroundings, and back to Sabe.

(( No problem, but could you do us a favor and put dialog in quotes from now on? Although I don't like doing so, I went and edited your earlier post to put it in a way closer to the proper format. There isn't any written rule about post formats, but it makes it easier to read posts and distinguish between actions and speech. Think of this guild's roleplaying format as like your average book.
Other note: I'm not sure if you're using the non-shifted tilde key for apostrophes as a stylistic or ergonomic thing, so it's fine unless someone else starts complaining about it.))
"Oh." Sabe replied. Convenient.
He looked at the ground for a while before saying anything. Eventually, his head snapped right back up. "Well...everyone else left for a few days, and I don't know where they are. For now, go upstairs and look for a door that doesn't have a nameplate on it."
Sabe turned around and started to walk away, but stopped and turned back. "Do you want me to help with that luggage of yours?"

(Ok. The "dialogues between dashes" thing is a custom Iยดm trying to get rid of. And about the apostrophe ... well... English is not my native tongue, so I was not sure of which key I should use at all redface )
"Thank you, but I prefer to carry it myself" She said with a smile before taking on the stairs.
Renfri spent half an hour exploring the floor upstairs as the quiet, inquisitive visitor she was, familiarizing herself with the building, with its scent, its sounds, and its shadowed corners. She found various plateless doors and opened them all, going from room to room, and visiting them back various times. Finally, guided by the same odd instinct that inspires spiders to choose a location for their webs, she entered in a room near the stairs at claimed it as hers. "Finally. Now it needs the personal touch" Renfri drew a card from one of her pockets, a Tarot card, and stuck it to the door. Then, she went back into the room and fell on the bed. The card was the Arcane XVI: The tower.
(I will be away from the computer during the weekend, so see you on monday ^^)

(It's cool. On apostrophes, a single apostrophe is the non-shifted quote key.)
Sabe shrugged as Renfri left. He wasn't sure of what to do next, so he went up to his room and went back to reading that book of his.

( Sorry for not saying Hi Renfri earlier, but I'll say it now: Hi. And if you any help with grammar just ask. Have to use these English classes for something. biggrin )
With his explanation of his idiocy aside, Pen's jaw silghtly dropped with the rest of her face contorted in confusion and shock. Did he really believe that Luciano was her actual blood relative? Regardless that she does call him "Bro," they didn't look a thing alike. Though she treated him and thought of him as a brother, the fact was there was no way they were related. There bone structure was enough to determine that. There was even a variation in shade of the blueness of their skins.
The blue light sucked them in again before Pen could retort or punch him the mouth. Falling, yet again on top of each other, she laid down for a moment before sitting up in controlled rage.
"I'm... a...only child...with no living blood...to my name. Just because we...are both elves...doesn't make him my brother!" There was a little sadness in her voice stating that, but it was over come by the anger that rose with each passing second.

Luciano slowly got to his feet and looked around; Michelle did the same and her eyebrow slowly rose, " Where. . . Did we land, exactly?" Luciano slowly shook his head, "I've no clue. . ." Just then Luciano heard two familiar voices not too far away, " (Laughing) You know, you're actually right! Like, if you really think about it, that's pretty much all it is, too! It's so stupid!" " Mhm!! And so they jack up the prices just to be funny sometimes, too. My mother told me all about it! And this is why I'm buying a home in Barton!" Luciano looked in their direction and knew straightaway the two looked VERY familiar. . . He realized that this, where they all were, was where Luciano and Michelle first met; The two were both at the Barton Housing Commission looking for a place to live, because Durem's housing committee was just. . . yeah. No. So, Luciano looked on to the little scene and smiled, Michelle walked over to him and softly gasped, " Ohhhh my God. . . Luci, that's-" "- I know. . ." Michelle held back tears of joy and smiled, " . . You know, it was a great day for me. ." Luciano hid his slightly red face, and looked down, ". . . Same here. . It was a very great day. ."

Nari sighed and dusted herself off. 'I'm sure these sweats are green by now. Dang it all...' She stood up partially and peeked to see what caught Michelle's and Luciano's attention, keeping her distance when she finally saw. 'Oh, my. This is a change from the other places. How wonderful.' she thought and smiled.

Aly had handed it over with no qualms, sure that what ever memory Michelle warp them to it was far better than hers. Her past was not going to get them any closer to their present. Heck, she was sure that the little device would ignore her fondest desire to return to her current lab and whisk them of to only spirits know where. Just as she let out a tired sigh that blue flash blinded her.
Blinking the spots from her eye sight, she found her sitting on the ground. Getting to her feet, she dusted herself off. "Seriously can't someo-" her muttering was cut off as two slightly familiar voices washed over them.
Straightening, she turned to look at Luciano and Michelle. Looking over to where the voices came from, she thought Well memory lane of a happy couple is better than dangerous life altering moments...Still I want that device, there must be some sort of return switch somewhere.

Luciano and Michelle stared at themselves in awe; It was the day that they met. Luciano kept his smile as he looked on, "My God, listen to me- Was I really that nervous?" Michelle giggled and she said, "Yeah, but that's ok because it was so cute." Luciano laughed and rested his head against Michelle's. As much as Luciano wanted to stay in that exact moment forever, he knew that he had to help get the group back to their own time. Luciano snapped out of it, and he said to the group, "Alright. Everyone, we're going to go with Nari's idea; Touch the device AT THE SAME TIME and think of Home- OUR timeline. Everyone ready?" Michelle, of course,. . . she didn't want to leave this time. She looked back to the other Michelle and Luciano and bit her lip. . He used to be so relaxed, and playful, and he used to be such a nervous wreck around her. A small part of her missed that about him. Her throughts were then interrupted with Luciano gently tugging at her hand, Michelle looked up and let out a 'Hmm?' and Luciano said softly, ". . . Come on. . we can't stay here any longer."

(A wee bit of a post conflict we have here. Lets straighten this out. ((for this arc is nowhere near its climax. pirate )))
Pen after removing herself from Jade's presence, leaned against the housing commission wall. Grabbing a magazine close by she hid her face as she watched the scene. She couldn't help but smile a little seeing the two of them politely talking to each other; unaware of the ties of fate that would bind them and those around them. It was all too sweet not to feel contented.
"They're cute."
Pen turned to find Jade had sewn himself to her side. Furrowing her brow she sighed and then looked back at the magazine. He then shared the wall she was leaning on, watching the scene with a light heart.
When they called over, Pen seemed not as annoyed as she had been through this road trip through the past. Jade gave her a little more space this time, not wanting to aggravate the elf further.
Pen focused back to when she was sitting on the couch looking at that package which started this whole thing. The Blue light came and as they tumbled in a heap once again, she found she was not in the HQ but some place unfamiliar.
"Looks like we are still stuck in the past. You think it would at least takes somewhere soft."

Around 45 minutes later, Sabe left his room for a short time to get a snack and some juice. He was starting to subconciously wonder of Waffle's whereabouts. It wouldn't be a surprise if ignoring her presence became a challenge.
He came back to the room later to find an icy package sitting in front of the old portal machine. There was no tape on the top sealing it, so opening it was easy. Inside was an octopus-looking thing, packed in ice with a note from a friend on top with details for a dinner recipe. Hm. Sounds interesting. I'll try that out later today.
He took the pack down to put it in the freezer.

Luciano and Michelle had both taken another hard landing on the ground. Once again they had no idea where they were, Luciano slowly got to his feet and helped up Michelle, "Where are we now?" He asked nobody in particular. Hoping someone would answer him if they recognized this place.

(Sometimes I'll be throwing in these types of posts so I can catch up with my own plot. This will likely stop when my arc starts, then resume afterward until I tie most of the loose ends.)
Meanwhile at Serole, things were relatively calm at the castle since the wedding day. It seemed that everything was fine until Waffle and Sabe brought trouble with them, as trouble left when they left. There were a number of questions still left unanswered, like the real identities and motives of the snipers were, and what on earth happened to Kassa, who was last seen dragging herself into a machine and never returning. Some questions also came up about a few visitors, like Tracy, the strange slave trader she came with, and the tall pale lady who seems to know Irwin well, mainly about how they got here and why. Most searches for answers to these questions met an early end. This would be expected though, as these types of questions couldn't be answered in a day anyhow.

(Hi, Talkingpenguinpants, and thanks for the offer ^^)
Renfri woke up after a brief nap. It was disturbing how quiet the building was, even for a Dark Elf hideout. Renfri left her room and went down the stairs, thinking about it: the only person she had encountered was the one who opened the door (Maybe some kind of servant?) What did he say? That everyone else left a few days ago. Was it a routine mission or something like that? Or was due to special circumstances? It would be very frustrating to arrive at a new job and have all of one's coworkers wiped out by an unknown disaster. With all those questions rumbling in her head, Renfri reached the bottom of the stairs. She didn't still know that floor, so she decided to explore it a bit, to fend off boredom.
