- walks into the training room and walks over to the ring and rolls in it she climbs the turnbuckles and does moves off the ropes landing on her back or stomach to get the feeling each time getting harder to get up from the lose of breathes then after s few turns she gets the dumming in the ring and starts to do the moves again to get the feel on landing on people -
