A young man ran into the hospital asking for a doctor while running up to the front desk. "Mam' you have to help..." he said out of breath "I found this girl out about 30 miles...she wouldn't move. Please help her!" he said pointing towards the door as another man walked in carrying a girl in his arms. "There my dad's got her!" The lady at the desk stood up with the phone to her ear and looked the girl over. Once the lady at the desk hung up the phone a person came with a bed to lay the girl down on, and check her as she was taken to a room."She should be alright maybe a little groggy and cold but that is about it." the lady said talking to the young man and his father. "Her are some things we found next to her." the father said handing over the things to the lady who nodded and took them to the room. Looking through the bag for some sort of idetification she smiled, "Nicole Sohn...you are pretty lucky." Nic stirred a little in the bed.

Johanna watched with her slack jaw as Rain walked off to wherever it was she was headed. She expects... me... to find a job? Don't throw me in with the ship, you jerk!! If she'd had her way, she wouldn't have been onboard in the first place, but once she went unconscious, it wasn't her choice anymore.
A loose newspaper blew through the air and gripped her leg, like a stray dog who hadn't had a meal in days. At first, the woman grabbed it angrily, initially thinking it was useless debris, but as she unfolded the pages, she realized that it could be put to good use. "Hmmm...!"
Johanna was later found lying on a bench with her makeshift blanket.

Quinn smiled gaily. He then turned to his companions who had been forced into working shifts with him.
"Welp, I have things to do, so screw you guys! See ya around!" Before anyone could say a word, the pilot was off and searching for answers. Some may have challenged him, seeing as he was the only person on the crew who knew anything about actual repair and maintenance, but he was a man on a mission.
He just didn't know what that mission was yet.

"Errr....."
At Rain's scream, the entire hospital room fell silent. Obviously, no one had expected yelling from anyone except Kayako, and the sudden intrusion made everyone feel quite guilty for pushing the normally cheerful girl so far. Especially Ryouki.
Also obviously though was the fact that no on was going to admit that feeling, save for maybe, again, Ryouki, who Kayako had begun to call "man-pansy" for this exact reason.
The blue-haired boy positioned in a corner as to evade flying objects was the first one to speak.
"Well well. The insanity is contagious."
This was immediately met by glares from the others in the room. Gray decided to avoid injury by shutting his mouth. After all, Kayako was only loosely held down at this point.
"Rain..." Ryouki sighed "How long until we can go back to the ship? If it's gonna be awhile, at LEAST take him back with you. Having these two in a cramped space is like storing pop rocks and soda in the same bag....."
Meanwhile, near the center of the room, Asuka was strategically positioning herself between Kayako and Gray in case of further violence.

Reiku finshed up his chores and headed out towards the hospital when a few of the workers cought his ear about the mechas they had aboard the Ragnarök. " Those machines are freaking me out espusly the purple one and the blue one. " Reiku hid himself by a wall as he tryed to hear more. " The black one is kinda freaking me out to it looks like the LFO that was up on wanted papers a few months ago...." Reiku froze as he knew what they where talking about. " Well it isn't lets get back to work before the old man gets on our heels that where not working. " Reiku bolted out and headed for hospital.

Seeing Ryouki for the first time in... what several days? Rain ran towards him and gave him a gigantic hug, squeezing him hard but not to hard as to avoid suffocating the lad. Also, she made a shrill squeel. "You can come back anytime!" she said with a wave of her hand towards him. Letting him go now, she turned towards the others, yet kept right next to her man-boy.
"Ok, seriously now, if Kayako is feeling better (which she certainly seems to me) y'all can come back. Just be comitted to this operation and don't mysteriously disappear again! I hate having to keep in charge of those yahoos you left behind. And I especially mean you, Kayako!"
With that little speech out of the way, she added in, "If you're sure you're all better, we can check you out now." Putting a vice grip on Ryouki's arm, she tugged him towards the door where she waited for his sister's response.

"FINALLY! You will not believe how boring this place is. And it smells weird, too. I think the man across the hall died or something."
With that, Kayako quickly hopped up off her hospital bed now that Ryouki was blissfully occupied, careful to land on the foot that didn't have a hole in it. She stopped briefly to give Gray a mock-glare, but then just sighed, put her hands behind her head, and followed after Rain. Gray tailed at a safe distance, with Asuka placed in front of him as a human shield. Not that Kayako wanted to hit him anymore, but just because strange things happened to befall the boy frequently as of late. It was if some higher power was taking out it's rage on him.....
"Hey Ryouki..." Kayako said, popping up next to Ryou and Rain "I was wondering, why did you use YOUR last name when we checked in? We coulda just made one up fer me."
"Errr....um.....It was convenient? You're lucky they didn't suspect anything anyways, you know. Even with the military dismantled, some of the warrants on us might still be active...."
After raising an eyebrow, Kayako waved her hand in the air dismissively. "Whatever. Let's just go back to the ship. Reiku's probably broken something by now....You guys can handle the checkout-thingy. I don't know anything about hospitals."

Reiku headed back into the shop and headed back into the ship and fell asleep on the couch in the lounge area. He woke up after hearing a loud bang in the hanger. He looked out the window to see smoke from a stem pipe that exploded over in the eastern part of the workshop. " God... This place looks like its falling apart.. " He sighed and walked out of the ship and walked out towards the hanger doors to look up at the incoming storm clouds.

Rain looked from Kayako to Ryouki as they discussed the last name they signed her in with and the reasons for it. Rain understood what happened and now she wanted to smack Ryouki. As Kayako looked at some other dealie, Rain whispered sharply in her favorite person's ear, "You haven't told her yet?!" Holding back the urge for physical abuse, she continued. "Why not? She deserves to know you're her brother!"
((Heh... I can't remember if Ryou did tell her or not... Let's just go with he didn't. razz And don't worry, Koe! I'm coming for Nic in the next post I make!!))

"Oh yes, wonderful idea, tell her during a hospital visit when she's ten times more likely to splatter our guts across the walls!" Ryouki grumbled back at Rain, trying hard not to let anyone else overhear. He then sighed, and made his way closer to the girl's ear, as to whisper. "Look, I'll tell her as soon as we're back at the ship and everything's normal. She'll be in a better mood, at least. Alright?"
"Hurry up! You guys are taking too long! My captain's chair is all cold by now..." Kayako stood tapping her foot a few feet ahead of everyone, impatient as ever. Behind Asuka, Gray just sighed and raised an eyebrow.
"If you don't follow procedure, they're going to lock you inside a mental institute. Though for you that may be fun...Just think of it, a whole building of people as crazy as you!"
"Oh hardy-har-har. Aren't you the snarky one. And stop talking like that, it's annoying."
"Talking like that as in....what?"
"You talk like.......like....like someone from the labs. I hate it. So cut it out!"
"Would you rather I went back to speaking in riddles, Kayako? You seemed to rather enjoy that."
"You-GRR!"
Seeing the level of anger escalate, Asuka ran up and quickly positioned herself back in-between Kayako and Gray. "Will you two knock it off? You used to be all close and stuff back when we first met, why are you at each other's throats?"
At that, both parties fell silent, and everyone just waited for Ryouki and Rain to deal with the front desk. Kayako seemed well enough, so it was hoped that they'd be going soon.
---------------------------
Across the town, a way's away from the scene at the hospital, a lonely figure cautiously approached the hangar of a considerably large ship repair yard, slipping past the bored staff members, all of whom seemed to be unaware of her presence. Either that, or they just didn't care enough to ask what she was doing there. With all that had happened to the world recently, it was no surprise that people were a little weirded-out.
Quickly, the figure, a younger-looking girl who's face was currently hidden by the hood of a sweatshirt, made her way past a variety of ships, until she came across a particular one. It was a black and red military fighter vessel, situated near the back of the hangar. Around it were several people, but the girl couldn't be sure if they were the ship's crew or the shipyard's crew, or even if this was the ship she was after.
Carefully, she slipped past the men gathered around, and headed up the ship's descended loading ramp. Once out of sight of the outside, she lowered her hood, which immediately caused starch-white hair to spill out around her shoulders. Bright red eyes peeled, she cautiously called out into the halls.
"Um...Hello? Is anybody here? Could someone tells me if this is the Ragnarok?"

He turned away from the hanger doors and headed back for the Ragnarök. As he came aboard the vessel he saw a young girl standing in the middle of the galley way. " May I help you? " He asked as he came level with her.

"Just as long as you do it!" Rain said to him, playfully jabbing him in the arm with her finger. Hearing Kayako's comment on her chair, she turned her head to look at her and stuck her rear out in her direction. "Don't worry, I've been keeping it niice and waarm!" she chidded, rubbing her bum with her hands and moving it around a bit. Giggling to herself, her eyes glanced into a room they passed by and noticed something quite different about it compared to the others.
Her curiousity took over and she wandered into the doorway. One of the people who currently inhabited the room looked very familiar. Very very familiar. And that's whenn it struck her. It was Nic! "Nic!" Rain said, running in to see her. "I haven't seen you since I..." she stopped, for several reasons. "Well, for a very long time. What are you doing here?"

Moving around in the bed she opened her eye's just enough to see a general out line of who it was talking to her, "Rain...Rain! Wait Rain? Uhhh...ummm" Nic said sitting up in bed and throwing the covers off. "Well you see...I was in town...and got word of an old friend being in town so I went to meet them. But sort of ran into trouble on the way, or more like it found me." she continued as she swung her feet to the ground looking for her stuff. Grabbing her bag she check to see if anything was missing, instead she saw an envelope with her name on it with the very familiar handwritting. Quickly closing her bag she smiled and looked back up at Rain, "But enough about me, why are you here?" Nic asked with a slightly curious smile on her face,

Rain nodded her head as Nic explained herself. In responde to her question she replied, "Ah, our fearless 'leader,'" she air quoted the leader part, "ran into a little problem and was brought here for recooperation. Seeing as how she's better now, we came to retrieve her." Rain laughed to herself for a bit and then calmed down.
"Are you any better?" she asked of Nic's condition. "Do you think that maybe... if you are... you could rejoin us on the Ragnarök? It'd be really nice to have you travel with us again."
