(( Whee, dream? sequence ))
Sonia sauntered her way over to the bed, looking down at Joe with an expression of puzzlement. She let her weight drop and kneel down over the bed at his feet before placing her hands in front and slowly crawling her way face to face with him. While the smell of alcohol emanating from him consumed her senses, she still smiled down at him, running a hand over his cheek.
"What's the occasion, love?" She asked sweetly, her voice surprisingly lacking in any sort of malice but of actual concern. Slowly, her smile faded, becoming a frown as her expression caught up to match with the tone of voice. "Joe...? What's wrong? I've never seen you drink yourself stupid like this, even with Edwin..."
She planted a small kiss on his lips and her her hand stroke his cheek gently. Her blood red eyes fixated on his own, trying to work out why he had worked himself into a drunken stupor. Something nagged at her about this being all wrong. Things were definitely amiss, but she couldn't quite put her finger on what exactly.

((oh yeah.. being high rocks))
A groan escaped him as someone spoke to him from that awake world thingy he didn't want to deal with, for reasons which were currently forgotten.
Whoever it was, kissing him was the best way to wake the incubus which showed by the smile that formed once Sonia moved away.
"Who's Edwin?"
He wondered out loud before opening his eyes and half recognising the vampiress who had terrorised, though this time, she had red eyes.
"Why are you here?"
His voice held a sleepy drunkeness to it that only that amount of alcohol and drugs could give a voice.

"Edwin is..." Sonia paused and sighed. She leaned down again and kissed him on the forehead. The concern and worry was clear on her face while she stared down at him, remaining quiet for some time. "What do you mean why am I here? I just had a night out is all..."
Sliding over to his left, she rest a hand over his chest for a moment before bringing it up to his cheek, gently turning his head to face her. She let off a smile of encouragement, unsure of what to do or say really. This wasn't like Joe, if he wanted to go out drinking, he would have accepted her offer or the very least mentioned it before he left.
He didn't look like he'd been out at all. He either would have brought someone home or would be at that someone's place. Through the alcohol, she could smell the aroma of other women, one of them somewhat familiar. However, from all indications, it didn't seem like he was involved.
"My poor little Joe... What's got you all upset?" She finally asked, already sensing the confusion on his face and fear of something she couldn't quite place.

He couldn't help but laugh as she mentioned she'd had a night out. For all he knew, she did, what he wanted to know was why the woman on his bed was where she was.
As she moved his face to face her, he screwed up his eyes in an attempt to recognise her as the same Sonia who was his nightmare, or someone else, and if this was an illusion, something quite possible given that she seemed a bit hazy around the edges, just like the rest of the room did.
"You're.. Sonia.. right?"
He asked, feeling hazy. So far, he was happy to ignore the implications of having Sonia in his bedroom. So far, she'd also made no moves towards hurting him or trying to keep him away from her.
His eyes went wide as she addressed him as her poor little Joe, to him, it was an indication that this was the vampire who had terrorised him before.
"Domina wasn't enough for you?"
He asked, fear starting to filter into his voice as he moved himself into a sitting position and slightly away from her.

"Of course it's me." Sonia stated bluntly. She lifted herself up slightly and rest on her elbow while she looked on at Joe in his state. This whole thing seemed strange, well, stranger than normal. She was concerned for his welfare, but something didn't sit well with her on a confirmation to verify who she was.
"Who's Domina?" She spoke up again, genuine concern echoing in her voice while she asked. To her it sounded like he'd found a girl for the night that was good enough to remember the name. The only problem being that she was the only one present. She was sure she hadn't picked up any women as of late worth remembering names.
"Did someone spike your drink?" She asked, right before looking over to the empty bottle he'd dropped on the carpet. A sigh escaped her and she shifted back in closer to wrap her arms around him. She planted gentle kiss on his shoulder and leaned over a bit to place her chin on it before absentmindedly toying with the ring on her hand.

This didn't make sense to him, why would the woman who had enjoyed teasing him earlier now feel the need to pretend like she cared and pretend she didn't know the demoness in question.
"Domina Molest.. tell me I'm dreaming.. "
He asked of her, his voice getting unsteady as he spoke, only to stiffen at her touch.
"not spiked... "
He answered, hoping that simply talking to her would make her go away. Her kiss froze him in place. Even though this illusion seemed to pretend to care about him, he was sure she'd open old wounds, now that no-one was there to stop her, and leave him to die again like she had done in the past.

"No, you're not dreaming, you're tripping..." Sonia answered straight. She frowned as he stiffened up and pulled away slightly when he in not so many ways admitted to taking whatever drugs he was on voluntarily. Neither of the pair were strangers to anything, but he seemed a little more conservative when it came to it.
"Hey... It's me, Sonia." She reassured, her tone low to almost a whisper to keep him calm. Shifting over again, she slid herself over back in front of the guy, saddling herself on his lap. Her hand held to the side of his shoulder, letting her thumb run up and down it gently while she ran the other across his cheek and through his hair.
"You know, your fiancée?" The question popped up and she raised her hand up in front of his face, the palm facing herself to show off the sparkling, yet somewhat plain ring. "What's got you so wound up?"

A confused look settled on his face as she told him he was tripping. If he was, this was a hell of a bad trip, one that turned worse as Sonia drew closer again.
He made no attempt to stop her getting close to him, though also made no attempt to take her lead and have a good time with her, not that his mind wasn't thinking about it. It made any move he could make harder to make, on the one hand, he was terrified of her, on the other hand, so far, she hadn't harmed him, had done the exact opposite to harm him, and there was no denying that he was attracted to her.
"bad trip, bad trip, bad trip..."
He muttered as she pointed out she was his fiance, sweat starting to appear on his forehead from the terror he was feeling with her that close to him. There was no way that he'd be wanting to marry the vampire, hell, he didn't even want to do that with the mother of his daughter.
At her question what had him so wound up, his fearful eyes looked into her red eyes.
"you.. you're gonna kill me.. "
He admitted his fears to her.

"Okay, it's a bad trip..." Her brow came down and she slid a hand across his face so she could hold him by his cheeks and keep his focus on her. Something about Joe seemed entirely wrong, he was never scared of anything. She was aware of his encounter with horrors worse than hell and that he'd live with it on a constant basis. That kind of thing tended to desensitise you to everything else.
"Listen to me, everything's okay, you're in bed, you've got me here and you've just had a bit too much drugs." Sonia tried to reassure him. It was at this point he decided to admit what he was afraid of. Her eyes widened for a moment and she pulled away from him slightly. "Dammit Joe, snap out of it!"
Her right hand flashed forward on an impact course with the side of his face. On collision, it would hum out a slight metallic thud. A reminder of her synthetic limb that had grown into the rest of her somehow. After the swing, she pushed forward in order to pin him on the bed, an action which would seem hostile right up until a blanket came up on him.
"I'd never kill you, you hear!?" She almost yelled in his face, applying pressure to keep him pinned a bit more before she lay back down next to him. Wrapping an arm over his chest, she pulled herself closer and landed a kiss on his cheek before bring her voice to almost a whisper. "Get some rest, okay?"

He hardly heard her words, too caught up in the panic he felt at having her this close to him. Him being in bed with her next to him was part of the problem and not something she'd needed to point out to him.
It was only as her hand impacted with his face that he stop panicking long enough to glare at her. However, before his hazy mind had the chance to comprehend fully what was happening or attept to retaliate, she ended up using her body to keep him pinned down, and at her mercy.
"No, you wouldn't.."
He agreed with her sounding bitter and a lot less panicky than he had before. She wouldn't kill him, her and Domina seemed to think it was more fun to play with the incubus than end his suffering.
"you'd just leave me for dead... like last time.. "
Despite his mind having a severe problem with Sonia, his body enjoyed her being this close to him, holding him down the way she was, and awoke his hunger through the haze of drugs and alcohol.
As she kissed his cheek, he turned to her and by the time she finished whispering for him to get some rest, he started kissing her, his body wanting the woman next to him, the one that terrified his mind so, just once more, just one last time. She'd already damned him to a fate worse than death in his eyes.

Sonia smiled when he agreed with her point, content that he was seeing some reason to this hazy madness he seemed to be in. She released her hand off him and ran it over his face again, back through his hair. Her eyes closed slightly and she smiled. Joe was stubborn, it never ceased to amuse her that it took a good solid hit or two to calm him down.
At the mention of her leaving him for dead, her smile faded almost instantly. Her eyes opened up again and staring at him with an obvious frown to show the apparent hurt in them. She sat up quickly, pulling away from his kiss and glared down at him almost as if she was angered by something. The glaze in her eyes showing off a slightly different emotion than resentment.
"You still blame me for it..." She muttered, almost unable to form the words into something coherent. With that, she turned away from him, sitting over the bed. A single tear trailed down her face before she buried it in her hands. Slowly, her quiet sobs grew as she burst into tears. The guilt she felt about his death was one she never seemed to get over. Regardless of him being back, all the torture or pain she had been inflicted with in her life paled in comparison to the words of blame he spoke.

Utter dissapointment showed on his face as she pulled away from his kiss. Despite the previous encounter with her, and knowing she'd turn him down, he still could not help but try to sleep with her, and had, for a moment, forgotten that she'd do this to him.
The dissapointment turned to confusion as she appeared upset that he blamed her for leaving him half dead, very much not what she had been like before, when she had threatened to take him back to that place if he touched her.
"what's it matter to you if I do?"
He asked, sounding as confused as he felt.
"you don't give a ******** about anyone anyway, and I'm sure she rewarded you for a job well done"
The more he spoke, the more hatred filtered into his voice. Here was the woman of his nightmares apparently being upset at being blamed for what happened the one night they had been together. She had no right to be upset over it, it hadn't been her that Domina had 'saved' from certain death, it had been him.

Sonia continued crying while he mustered up his thoughts into something coherent enough to be recognised as actual words. She wasn't only hurt by his statement, but surprised as well. He'd given her reassurance that he had forgiven her for her hand in his death, but under the influence of drugs, he had blurted out what he really felt. Joe had flat out lied to her.
"YOU KILLED MY PARENTS!" She spun around and yelled at him suddenly before he could even finish his sentence. Here was the man who hired her would be assassins that killed her family instead of her, leaving a trail to track him down with afterwards. She had forgiven him long ago for this, understood the circumstances and yet he showed no remorse, hypocritically resenting her for his own death.
On the mention of the woman rewarding her for a 'job', Sonia snapped. She took a fist to his gut and jumped on top of him in order to pin him back on the bed. Placing a hand over his throat, while she glared eye to eye. Her eyes were wide open, red from crying and tears streaked her face. What she showed was more along the lines of anger than anything else.
"You can blame me all you want, Joe. But if you start blaming Jodie for letting you die, I'll kill you myself." She spoke calmly with a sort of edge to her voice similar to a razor blade. If her voice held any sort of power, it would be breaking skin.

His face paled as she accused him of killing her parents. He may have been a demon who tended to get into fights, but he'd never killed anyone, of that he was sure.
Before he had a chance to tell her that he had no idea who here parents were nor that he might have killed them, her punch landed, making him groan as he doubled over only to have her suddenly ontop of him again, pinning him to the bed.
The moment her hand was on his throat, his natural fear of her surfaced again and he reacted by struggling against her, attempting to push her away from him, just to get away from her.
"Jodie?"
He asked, before panick took over, making him struggle against the hold she had on him despite of it not getting him anywhere other than more hurt. The Joe she knew would have dealt with her ontop of him differently, would have used the powers he gained after his death to deal with her and get rid of her. But this wasn't that Joe, this was the young and inexperienced Incubus who was suffering from an accute panick attack which left him without coherent though of what he was doing.
The more he struggled, the more he became aware that he wasn't winning, but he couldn't give up, couldn't just let her put him into the position she had put him in before. He couldn't be Domina's servant again, not a second time.
Out of options, and slightly calmer though the fear was still clear in his eyes, he did the first thing that came to mind.
"Arioch" "help"
He had no idea if Arioch was still his master, now with the mark gone, or if he even cared, nor did it occure to him, lying on his bed with Sonia pinning him down. He had simply reached a point of desperation where his entire being called for the older being.

((*reserves for a post when she thinks of one* o_o; ))
Arioch's flight was shorter then one would normally expect. Of course he was still in an emotional turmoil, so his flight was passed by in half the time simply because he wasn't aware of his surroundings...He just followed the silent demand for help....a voice he knew too well..
Landing before the door, Arioch simply let himself inside the incubus' house. The expression on Arioch's face was blank, nothing on it not even his eyes showed feeling. It was like he was on autopilot, the one thing being Joe who needed him...
It wasn't so much as love Arioch had for the damn demon that tended to drive him up the wall...it was more then that...obsession...addiction...
((Wheee! Look! a Post!!! mwhuahaha! o3o; ))
