Temari gave a nod. "That'll be easy. Hopefully he won't be upset if he does happen to know." She sighed, writing something down quickly.
"Then I guess you do need to spend more time with me." Itachi gave a sigh, acting as if he really didn't want to.

Lee nodded, though it was not possible for Gai to see him over the phone. "Of course Gai san! I could never forget where your office is! And there is nothing more I would like than to have a youthful dramatic moment toghether with you!" he said, than adding in "I will be there in a moment! Goodbye Gai san!" and hung up the phone, turning to Naruto and Gaara, saying "Called him. Now we just need to head down to city hall." 'And meet with Gai san!!!!'

Lee nodded, and began walking off towards city hall. It was only a short walk now, and they would get there very soon. Lee walked in silence most of the way, since he felt it would be in his best interest. He was also silenced by the excitment building up in him as the walked along.

"I guess you're right." Chouji said with a sigh as he pulled away from Shikaku. "I'll see you around then, try not to get too hammered, alright?" He then left his room and slowly made his way to Temaris, hoping that everything would be like it normally was.

Kiba was only slightly disappointed that she asked, but not too much. Shino was his best friend and they hadn't seen each other in awhile. Besides, he'd have plenty of time to get Hinata alone for a date eventually. "We're heading to that cafe down on the corner."

Lee could see the city hall in sight now, grin on his face again. "Yes! It is right up ahead! And I was attempting to keep my excitment contained.... but we are almost there... almost... to..." and now is when he lost control. He broke out in a full out sprint, dashing to the building looming before them, while yelling "GAAAAIIII SAAAANNNNNN!!!!" at the top of his lungs. Upon getting to the city halls doors, he burst through the front doors. The secritary at the desk did not seem at all suprised to see him, and just let out a sigh as he sprinted past her down the hall, to Gai's office.
((... I can only think of one thing while writing this.
"He's going the distance... he's going for... speeeeeed..."
Anyone else heard that song? >w<))

( No, I just heard the theme song from 'Rocky' playing in the background and Lee running up a huge flight of steps into the city hall building xd ")
Gai who was in the hall outside the office, saw Lee coming and tears welled up in his eyes" LEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! crying " He yelled and practically glomped the boy who readily glomped back. " LEE!!! I MISSED YOU. BUT FINALLY WE ARE REUNITED!!! AND NOW OUR YOUTHFUL FIRES SHALL BURN BRIGHTLY TOGETHER ONCE AGAIN!!!"
Before Naruto could comprehend what had just happened he was aware that Lee had just left him on the street corner outside the city hall and that he was alone with Gaara " That.....was weird...." 'C'mon Naruto, say something that will get Gaara to talk " So....how about them Yankees." 'Oh, that was brilliant. I don't even know anything about baseball myself.'
( Ok, so they're in New York now mrgreen )

Lee youthfully hugged his former sensei back, dramatic tears streaming down his face as said "I HAVE MISSED YOU AS WELL GAI SAN!!!! I HAVE BEEN WEARING THE GREEN SPANDEX YOU GAVE ME WHENEVER I COULD AND EVEN SLEEP WITH A PAIR UNDER MY PILLOW TO REMIND ME OF YOUR WORDS OF YOUTHFUL WISDOM!" as passerbys either ran in fear, stood and stared at them like they were aliens, or just ingorned them, since they had seen it before.

The other security guards say they can see what religion I am when I wear it but I don't know where they get such notions since I tend to keep my faith a private matter. After a quick stop in the staff lounge, he grabbed a couple of the bags and the two coffees he'd gotten for Shika and Temari, then went farther down the hall. Chouji stood outside Temaris room, listening for a moment to see if he could hear...anything. With yet another sigh, he knocked on the door and waited for one of the two inside to answer.
