((Well, as soon as this one goes, we can start a new one..about the same characters. The Wardens Return or something..Cause I dont' know about you guys, but I don't want this to die OR end..))
Alianae raised an eyebrow. "Well, Minae. Why don't you lead the way then?"
((Why has Kalco mysteriously dissapeared? And what happened to May?))

((K.))
Sora looked at Minae. "Isn't there a law in Du Weldenvarden against dead things? Especially Dragons." he asked, a hint of skepticism. "I'd still like to see his grave."
((I know. Bad post. But I have no clue what else to post))

Sora's face fell. "Then why did you tell me he was dead before? How could you think he was ever dead? Don't you contact your dragon? Ever? EVER?" he muttered several swears in the Ancient Language. "That's the first thing I was taught!" he said, and suddenly regained his calm. "But then again I usually walk in human towns listening to their minds," he said, "Well, let's go see him."

She sharply stopped, letting go of Sora, not really caring if he ran into a tree or something. Her hair snapped as her race camme to a brutal end, then she gave a bleak and deadly stare to Sora.
"Even if I explained the reasons I have to do things or say some others, you wouldn't understand. And just because you don't understand gives you no right to jump to the conclusion that I was ignorasnt as to the fire my dragon breaths and the perhence life-threatening link between us. Next time, know your subject before cimlbing on board the dangerous terrain. You don't know when it'll collapse on you"
With that, she started her race anew, leaving Sora with the images of the path to follow. She wanted to be... Alone for the moment being.

Alianae sighed and looked at Sora. "She's right you know, you shouldn't jump to conclusions. Here, I'll take you to Ingothold if you want. Best to leave her alone for the time being. Otherwise, she'll just blow again. Best to just meet her there."

Kalios looked at Sora, a look of shock on his face. Didn't he know better than to tell somebody that?
"Fine," Sora said, in response to Alianae. "So...should we leave her to talk with Ingothold a few minutes, then jump in on her conversation?" he asked. "Maybe she'll have calmed down by then."

((excuse me, I'm just goign to put another plot twist in place..))
"We'll leave her for awhile. There's something I want to show you. Follow me." Alianae said.
She walked off, without waiting for a response, weaving her way through trees. She came to a very small clearing where the giant trees were so close together, they had woven themselves into each other. Only a small ray of light penetrated through the thick canopy and the place where it shone was unnatural.
In the centre of the clearing, there stood a pedestal of wrought gold and marble upon which stood a stone pillar, only waist high. This was the only place where leaves and branches dared not grow.
"This," Alianae told Sora, "is an ancient place. It is where the Warden's memory was bound, and the key created. Atop that pillar, you will find something that will change your life forevermore. It is up to you whether you seek it or not."

((Ooh, nice touch, Iz... Intriguing nonetheless... I can't wait to see what that "something" is...))
She walked calmly through the old trees, aknoweledging that they would hold memory of her passage forever, until a certain and eventualy death would overcome them. Underneath her feet, fallen leaves and snapped twigs scattered in a flurry of wind.
'Ingothold, you know... I'm starting to doupt wether or not reuniting is in our best interest...' 'Minae, the old dragon started to reply, Do not speak such selfish words. even if we were not to see each other today, it would happen within the next generation. Of course, WE qill not be the ones included, but our descendants. It WILL happen, be it now or in centuries to come' 'But this, what implies, I don't want to be caught up in more than I willed to in the first--' 'Minasia!, he roared, word resonating in her head. You are a Rider! Of course you will be caught up in the middle of complicated webs of events, but THAT is what makes you who you are! A rider is someone wise and strong-wiled, not some coward who will back off from any unwanted situation. You should reemmber that next time, before you speak such foolish words. Not only that, I've continuously repeated it to you over the century, but you seemed to have paid no attention whatsoever'
Minae stayed quiet, much too aware that the words her loyal companion spoke were true beyond, per moments, her own understanding. She simply stoped and shook her head slightly, then ran a hand through her thick hair. She was... Enjoying the calmnes of the current moment... Then continued towards her destination. It wasn't much farther ahead, she was almost there. But she took long, slow steps as to prolongate the wait and anxiety as to seeing her dragon anew.

((Oh, god. I feel reTARDED. I forgot thoughts can be sent into Du Weldenvarden, only out of it.))
Sora looked at the pedestal, which seemed to blend so naturally into the forest, adding to the natural beauty, it actually looked like it belonged. Except...it didn't belong to the forest. No, anyone near could feel it. The forest belonged to it. Whatever it was, that is. Without a word, he slowly walked towards the pedestal. Anyone could look at it being his birthright, but he could feel its tug, the sheer power it held. The magic held captive for millenia on end. He looked at the pedestal from the top, seeing the golden glyphs dancing around, and put his hand on it.
Sparks danced on and around his fingers, elongating and thickening into strands of pure energy, and travelled up through his fingers, into his body. It coursed through his body, absorbed into his bloodstream.
And then it was gone. He looked up at Alianae through blurred eyes, and slumped on his knees, his back towards the pedestal, unconscious.
((OK...so...we need to know what the pedestal did to Sora...Enhanced his powers? Activated a call of some sort? Or...bring back the Will?))

((Okay, now what did Alianae say? Change your life forevermore.. It can't have brought the Will. The Will stays with Galbatorix until the Riders fall, Alianae wouldn't have have it any other way. If it was the Will, she would have kept Sora away from that clearing at all costs.
Maybe it was the old Sora's powers? The one who bound the Warden's memories? eek I wasnt even going to say that until I suddenly typed it..))

((Seems logical.. But I need to add a little personnal touch; How about the pedestal was the birthplace and... Tombstone for the previous 'Sora's? I mean, they would go there when they felt that they would die and copied their memories into it? That way, generations to come would be able to return there with only fragments of memories and Alianae, of course, to collect the rest and fulfill the duty that they're intended to. So, sora needs to dream a while to take notice of the momories, then wake up to a new way of seeing the world. Sound good to you two?))

((Yes, perfect. And I suppose Alianae has to watch. Maybe there's a test? Each person to want those memories comes to the brink of death before they can retrieve them? Except, maybe in this case the brink of death part is what happened beforehand and tht's why Alianae brought him here..))
Alianae walked into the clearing. The magic buzzed a little around her until it noticed her touch. She had been here, everytime the Key had died, passing on his memories to the pool. It knew her by now. She walk to the pedestal, slightly shocked. Sora had taken all of it. None of them had managed that much before.
The time really has come then.
She took a seat on the ground, cross-legged as she watched over Sora.
