miroku902 ViseVersa- This is a jutsu that allows the user (Yari) to be able to change an element to another element. Or it can be like this This jutsu gives the user the ability to change a element into another but it must have componds of the original element. In which it could be turned to or back from the original element.

Komenusai XDDD just thought of a funny ones for anyone that wants em I might have some of them when the next chunnin exams come by. Optic Blast- If the user has a doujutsu (eye bloodline technique) THe user is able to generate a powerful chakra behind the eyes and send a fast flying chakra that will evicerate all that stands against it. Blast of Havoc- Chakra is driven to the tenketsu points in the hands as it is released as a powerful beam blast that is used to obliterate foes. Shriek of a Banshee- Chakra is gathered at the vocal chords as a a powerful deafening sound is released from the mouth. The sound travels in a wide and loud area that once mastered to the fullest extent can bring the strongest person to thier knees as they hug their head to block out the sound. Jubilee's trick- A genjutsu that engulfs The opponent in blinding flashing light in every direction they look. Quixilver05 Ace. yoru sounds like a complete rip off of the celestial gates so for that reason I have to say no it dosent raise speed but it rasies power meaning i just get stronger and bigger muscles

Shhh... your not supposed to notice that... and the secret is: I got this idea before I even new what a horcrux was. I thought of this idea right before my mother killed my computer and I dropped out of the guild spotlight.

-A special dust that fly through the air.It will poison an opponent but it dosent take effect right away.
1-3 posts the victim is fine
3-6 post the victim has a mild koffing
6-9 posts the the victim start loseing chakra and vomiting
9 and later the victim get weaker and slower
the user is immune

noir_kama Shhh... your not supposed to notice that... and the secret is: I got this idea before I even new what a horcrux was. I thought of this idea right before my mother killed my computer and I dropped out of the guild spotlight. Essentially it can be eternal life, so it's a pretty good idea.

Not eternal, say if I got just blown up, no time to use a jutsu. Or if I got pwned in some other way that there was not time to react or if I had no chakra left at all. But besides that yeah, it's a tensei technique which is what Tensei is all about, eternal life.

You just dont kill the victim Like jashu does.

jutsu duplication
a willing sacrafice must die, that has been amrked, by a seal set apon them by lee.
lee ethn must kill them, and transfer all his jutsu to the sacrafice, the seal will then double the jutsu, and let lee keep his, while the sacrafice also has his. teh sacrafice will then be sent to the after world, and its new powers will not take place untill he/she has arissin from the dead.

noir_kama Oh I guess you all should know what my made up techniques are too. ninja Kama (New Technique) 7 Divine Blades Tensei. -A technique created after the experiment that destroyed his body initially. In the last seconds of life he used the remaining amount of chakra in his body to sever his mind's, demon's and soul's connection with his body. These different parts of himself were sealed inside the objects most precious to him, his soul was split in 7 pieces and distributed between his 7 original weapons, Shukaku was actually sealed into a jewel through a different method and his mind was sealed inside of a glass rose he carried with him. One side affect of this jutsu was that it created a cast off, a part of Kama's mind not normally considered in his thoughts. This was his inner child and through simple will to live was able to manifest itself as Akuma. Now if Kama faces an almost certain death situation he can sever his soul again and scatter the weapons. The huge down side to this jutsu is the time it takes to recover which can span huge lengths of time depending on the situation. Once enough chakra has been collected either from simply resting or fighting the blades when brought in the vicinity of each other will begin to resonate and the collected power will release and restore Kama's body. Akuma Blizzard Talon ( Old technique new name) Coats the surrounding area with a thick sheet of ice, like most Mizu jutsus this ice is almost impervious to all, but the strongest fires. Akuma then use the ice to slide across the ground and slice his opponent while he's off balance. BOth approved...I don't get your techinque shin it's to vauge...

when lee kills ome one, he does some seals, and creates an exact copy of the person at that point. this jutsu also allows lee to extract a copy of himself.. form someone who has one..

Also
High Pressure- This is a Jutsu that envolves Aero-dynamics in which If there is a Low Pressure in the Area( which there always is ) Yari is able to compress the High Pressure and force it upon the low pressure in which He can slowly begin to squize his Enemy and keep them from moving since the Pressure is to great of force..
