Coffee-- like that made anything better. "Go 'way, Tsuzuki," Hisoka mumbled from underneath the layers of heavy blanets. Not that those words had any hope of making Tsuzuki leave... but right now, Hisoka couldn't think well.

Voice! Score! That meant person! Double score! Feeling a mite less silly than he had a moment before (somehow...), Tsuzuki engaged actively in not obeying Hisoka's tired request. "Why?"

Because I don't want to get up because getting up means acknowledging what happened. "Just go away."

What a no-brainer. "No."
Like he ever had before.

Hisoka grumbled to himself-- why had he bothered responding? "Tsuzuki, I really don't want to get into this. Go away. Please." There, that should give the wolf some hint that Hisoka really was serious about this.

"Go into what? Getting up?" What could possibly be so complicated about that? Well, there were a number of things, true, but most of them were rather embarassing sorts of situations Tsuzuki just couldn't imagine Hisoka getting himself involved in.
"If you're not going to wake up, can I come in?"

"No. Go away."
Hisoka didn't want to deal with life. Or Tsuzuki. Because Tsuzuki reminded him of life, reminded him of everything he enjoyed...

"No," he repeated simply, "There's no way I'm going back to Tatsumi without you, anyway." What was this, PMS? ...No, girls got that. "I'm not going anywhere."

Hisoka burrowed deeper into his sheets. He didn't care what happened right now, as long as he didn't have to deal with it. After all... this was only the beginning, wasn't it? These strange events were going to increase... he was sure of it.

Gazali had to admit, he found that a bit of a strange request, but his shrugged nonchalantly, "I suppose so." Didn't see any harm in it, right? Though, he still wasn't sure he got this guy. No, he knew he didn't, but still, he saw nothing wrong with saying yes, and even if he didn't, how could he say no without being a p***k?

"Not fair," Tsuzuki muttered under his breath. All right, no response... which meant no response. Oooh, real intelligent. "Can I ask 'why' again?" This could go on all day if it had to.
...Right?

A peculiar smile lit Seishirou's eyes for a brief moment-- so brief one could think it was imagined. "...excellent. Do you need assistance finding your way back home, Gazali-san?"
Hisoka sighed and burrowed deeper, resisting the urge to throw something at the door and do something rather permanent to the wolf behind it. Go away meant go away, damnit!

Unfortunately (or fortunately) for Hisoka, Tsuzuki had never been terribly good with obeying orders. Well, sometimes... but that was why he was just 'not terribly good' and not 'downright bad'.
All right, options: A- Continue standing around outside the door, B- Kick door in (HOW?) C- See if door is locked (experience suggests that it is) D- Attempt entrance through the window, E- whine, F-
...Whine...
No, that wasn't going to work. He had a pretty damn good feeling that wasn't going to work.
That left the window then, didn't it? But that wasn't subtle at all! Or even very nice, come to think of it. Ugh. Frustration rising. "If you don't tell me what's wrong, I'm going to have to assume it's something really bad!"

So, this meant that Hisoka had to either tell Tsuzuki, which would prove that it WAS bad, or ignore Tsuzuki, which would allow Tsuzuki to believe it was bad. Then again, Tsuzuki's imagination would probably allow for the thought that the situation was worse than it was... wait, worse? How worse?
That it involved more of Muraki than it actually did? Who knew how Tsuzuki thought when he got worried?
"...just drop it, Tsuzuki!" Hisoka shouted angrily from underneath his blankets. Why couldn't the wolf just listen for once?!

He'd said 'no'... how many times today? Ugh and ugh again. Repetition was getting irritating, though that was mostly drowned out by the growing sense of a...
This had something to do with Tatsumi's mission, he knew that much. It... just... wasn't...
"That sort of request begs explanation," he responded as low as he could and still be heard through the door. This really wasn't about getting him outside anymore... well, wasn't about getting him outside for a mission's sake at least.
