Lena smiled to him and said "Sure hun... I'll be right back... I have to go get some stuff from the kitchen..." she trailed off as she walked behind the bar and glanced at the shelves as she walked past them, to see which ones needed to be replaced

Liam nodded and watched Lena leave the room as he moved the the stereo. He flipped the radio on but decided nothing good was on, and slipped a CD from his pocket to put on.

A minute or so later Lena emerged from the kitchen, carrying several bottles. She set them down on the counter and placed them in their proper places before begining to wash the dirty glasses

Liam looked to Lena from across the room, the light hitting her in a way that made her look like an angel. A sigh escaped him as he looked to her, and a smile crossed his face once more as he looked around the room again.

Lena smiled brightly over to Liam as she asked "What ya looking for.... there's no one else here...." she continued to smiled as she said "Come on... sit down..." she pointed to one of the many empty seats at the bar

Liam laughed some to himself and shrugged a shoulder. Well, I've only been in here two other times, and both times were brief. he explained. I'm just trying to get a feel for the dynamics of the room. he nodded in agreement with himself but followed Lena's gestures for him to sit.

Lena smiled and nodded at Liam, and continued to wash the dirty glasses as she said "Well... we won't be here long this time either... cause I'm almost finished cleaning... I don't wanna sweep.... I'll do it later... but we could stay if you want..." she set down the glass she was washing and picked up another

I can sweep if you want, hon... he said to Lena with a smile. DOn't want you doing all the work when I'm here doing nothing, you know... he laughed.

Lena smiled and said "It's no big deal... but ya can if you want" she pointed to the broom that was propped up against the wall behind her

Liam nodded and hopped onto the counter, laughing as he rolled over it. OI ... Didn't realize the counter was quite so high up...
He moved to her to hug her and kiss her cheek before grabbing the broom and moving around the counter rather than over it again.
I'll start on that side and move over...how's that? he said, gesturing to the far side of the room.

Lena smiled to him and said "That's fine hun... whatever you want..." she then washed the last dirty glass, and put them all away, then stood leaning against the bar counter with her head rested on her hands watching Liam sweep

Liam didn't notice Lena watching him as he swept from one side to the other from the far end to the nearer one.
When he finally did look up, he was about halfway finished.
I knew it was a little quiter in here... he laughed, blushing some as wonders how long Lena'd been watching.

Lena smiled to Liam as she said "Yeah... I finished washing glasses about the same time you started sweeping"she giggled a bit

Liam blushed and laughed nervously, nodding some as he continued, moving closer.
So...when we're done cleaning...do you want to plan something for this weekend? Maybe a little private-ish party for friends and family? he asked shyly, unsure if she'd like the idea, but hoping it'd be nice so he could meet her friends and make some more of his own.
