Mark Calloway doinktheclown No offense intended, but the over-intense driven game style of XBOX games is why I'm a Sony guy. I think they have a happy middle between decapitation and non-violent fun. Hey, some games need that type of stuff to be good. But I was talking about Oblivion (Beware it's a drug), Gears of War (Not released but what I've seen from it, it looks amazing), SVR07 (Also for PS3), and finally Dead Rising (That would be the zombie game with plenty of decapitation). I've only heard of 1 of those games sweatdrop . I'm a rare type of gamer. I play a ton of video games and my interests are the following: Rpg's, fighting games, sports games, puzzle games and I hate first person shooters (or any shooters for that matter). Blood in a game is fine as long as it doesn't sail past reality. Several games let you slice someone's head off, and blood shoots 10 feet in the air for 10 minutes. I dunno, I'd rather think than buttonmash in a game and I've done plenty of both. @Beth: I have a game boy pocket (pre-color), game boy color, GBA, sega saturn, dreamcast, gamegear(sega), original NES, PS, PS2, PSP, XBOX, N64, and Gamecube. I also have about 25-30 computer games.

But I warn you, it can be gory because in this one mission for the Dark Brotherhood this dude keeps is moms head in the basement. Anyway, I don't think you can call Dead Rising a shooter since you'll be using more melee weapons than guns. It's a zombie game where your in a mall and you can use anything you see. Even your fists! Plus when you take pictured with alot of action in them you get points that got towards new moves.

Well, I have two problems with shooters: 1) First person view annoys me because I'd rather be able to see myself and 2) Third person view is hard to aim and control the camera and walk at the same time.

You won't need to aim on Dead Rising because of Zombies being litarlly everywhere. So when you do get a gun it's bascially shoot or die, not aim carefully and shoot or die.
