My favorite parts in the manga are those with Aya and Toya and also with Aya and Yuhi. For the longest time I've wanted Aya to hook up Yuhi when I first started reading it...but, Toya was just too cute and mysterious for you not to root for him to be with Aya. I just heart when he finally figures out his past when he realizes that he's been looking for Aya all along....ahhhhh! So romantic! It just makes me melt.... xd

You know what I've realized? There are very few female Watase characters that I like. All her male creations seem to be so much stronger; her female characters are either useless, annoying, cookie-cutter, or all three. Except for some exceptions.
Like...Soi! I loved Soi from Fushigi Yuugi. Ceres was pretty cool, too. (CERES, not Aya.)

My friend and I kind of made fun of it, because it was kind of cheesy. Especially this line:
Toya! What magic do you work on me?
We use that line in every situation. Let's say I'm drinking chocolate milk.
Chocolate milk, what magic do you work on me?
Yea, it's kind of funny. But no matter how cheesy Ceres was at parts and how much I knew Toya was far, far from human from the very beginning, I'm in love with the series. And Shuro. I cried when Shuro died! I drew a picture in her memory and still have it taped in my locker (given it's not a very good picture, but oh well, I'm getting better It's a chick on a cliff over looking the ocean in a bikini and a wrap with her hair kind of tucked and she was singing, I dunno... Then at the bottem I put 'In memory of Tsukasa Shuro.').

maybe it's just me, but i think that yuu watase has a soft spot for the guys that she creates that aren't real, like toya and tamahome. so no matter how cute i thought aya and yuhi would be together, i always thought that aya and toya would end up together. maybe that's the reason that i started not liking toya in about book two. my favorite character has to be yuhi, though. (sorry if i went off topic. sweatdrop )

this was such a good story, but it was..."darker" than other stories by Yuu Watse. Oh well, it was still waaay good! Tooya is pretty cool, but i liked other guys from other stories better!

Maybe its becuz of the male's hot bishie-ness appearance that shadows the female character's personality[um..or something] I dunno...
