I hate relocating. When Lelu moved away it was so hard (still really hard) I like being close to my family. Even if I don't see them all the time I know there are right t here if I need them. Houses here are around 200k for a starter home. But the house we found the lady basically just wants to get rid of it so I think we are going to offer 140k, which is MAJORLY cheap here. I am so excited. I bet is can be hard knowing you could save money at your dads but lose money b/c your hubby couldn't work his second job. Too bad its such a tiny area, otherwise he'd just be able to get another job. But it never hurts to look into it. Do a career search online and see if you can find anything. Call it the "just in case" search whee I do too if only we all had teleporters >_< it wouldnt be so bad otherwise.yarr same for us really maybe £180k =__= its so harsh D: yarr that would be a good idea for him to do - james our friend said that too.. it would be nice.. but yeah ~__~ when his debts are gone its cool and its always there the offer as dad is buying a house to let so there could always be a place up there for me.

Cappeh, when you think ounds, multiply it by two, and that's about the price it would be in American dollars. So Sui means about $360k. :3

Yes, I see it there. ^_^ And it is a lot of money. Though where I live, you'd be luck to get a house for so little. The area I live in is rapidly climbing in property values, and the average house costs betwwn 600k-800k.

That is what the house I live for is going for now, we just got a bid for 645k, I don't know what we are going to accept though. But this house is on the water. The house I am looking at is in the middle of the city and a single family home.

Oh man, don't even get me started on property near the ocean. Anything two blocks from the beach or less can go for millions. We're talking just the property, here. My parents like to see it as we're living on their retirement money. Once they retire, they're selling this property and moving up to Oregon.

Yes, property prices are crazy. It's a good thing I'm not attatched to this area, because I wouldn't be able to afford to live here straight out of college anyway. xD
