Minori Koroko  And so the day has finally come. It was obvious that things were coming to an end, the way the fractions were forming, and people were coming all over the country to join with them here in Inaba. With Soji and Kisa leading them...the blond girl knew they would have a chance. No...not only a chance...they would get their world back. They would win, and convince the rest that having all this restored was the best option. So many had died...so much had been lost...They just couldn't leave it at that.
Min stood next to Genji, listening to the rest of the group talking, nodding idly to some of what was being said. If she was being honest...she was distracted. A familiar voice brought her back to the present, her green gaze turning to look at Nix. A smile formed on her lips at the sight, relief on her face. "It is good to see you well, Nix... We were worried about you..." She knew, though, that the silverette had done what she needed to do...and the only thing that mattered was that she was alright in that moment. Her gaze then turned to the man with soft emerald eyes who was talking about going to Tokyo, where a group of survivors was waiting for him. Minori tilted her head, curious. There was something about him...she couldn't really describe it...that seemed familiar. Also, the way the pink haired girl then looked at her with wide eyes and and expression that looked almost excited left the blond girl more confused than she cared to admit.
A hand rested on her shoulder, and Minori turned slightly, listening to her berry-haired companion as he leaned closer to her, his lips close to her ear as he whispered. If she hadn't been so distracted, she might have blushed right then and there...or maybe she did. But the fact that he was asking about that same man let her know that she wasn't imagining things. "I...I don't think I do. I don't think I have ever seen him around town. He looks kind of familiar though? Like he reminds me of someone, but I can't really say who he reminds me of." she chuckled sheepishly, her green gaze looking at clear, ashen ones fully. "It is strange though. Maybe he is confusing me with someone else. What do you think? Maybe... I could ask him about if, if we cross paths again."  Nia Ueda Nia fidgeted with her hands as she looked at the gathered crowd. She couldn't see Nito around, as much as she hoped he would be here. This path was the best option, she knew...All the other reasons seemed...off, in a way. Wrong. The green haired girl had hoped she'd see the familiar beanie, and goofy smile, and...just him. She had been so close from reaching the apartment building yesterday...but when the day changed, and the challenges were issued...she knew she couldn't stay there for too long. As a group, they needed to think up a plan...have all the people that they needed. But...he wasn't here.
Had he gotten lost? Was he late?
Oh no.
Or worse...he had gotten into another fraction.
A sigh escaped her. It all made sense now. She wouldn't find him here. He was still in Oshu, no doubt! Why was she so dense! She needed to get back there! She needed to find him. Once and for all, she needed to get back with Nito. A gurgle that could have been interpreted as a sigh reached the green-haired girl, and she turned to look at her small Slime with her silly hat and #1 foam finger..."John...ny Pre...ta?"

Sera Makushima  She could feel he was worried. Being here, away from the Palace...it worried him. Sera couldn't say she was entirely carefree either, worrying more about Koichi's health than anything else. Their place was in Tokyo for now...as much as she missed the little town of Inaba. There were many stories she had heard of this little place back from her parents. They had spent some years of their youth in here...they had met in this town...and they had come together in this place too. A part of her was fond of Inaba, and she knew she needed to work hard to bring it back to the way it used to be. For Koichi...for her parents, who the pinkette knew were out there. They had to be...Touma Makushima wouldn't just lay down and wait to die. Oh no...he was a rebel, a fighter, and the fact that she hadn't catch a glimpse of him there didn't mean he was...gone. She believed he was out there cursing, drinking and fighting...and her mother was there just beside him, making sure he didn't do anything too reckless.
Just the thought made her smile faintly to herself, before bringing her attention back to the blond girl Koichi was nodding at, as his hand hold hers. Sera caught what he was trying to say immediately, and she couldn't stop staring after that. Her gaze turned to him then, bright and wide and excited. 'Your mom!' they seemed to say. She had almost blurted it out, but caught herself as she saw his expression. Yes, yes...this wasn't the time, but... she was just so glad he got to at least see her! Even if they hadn't been able to find his father... -or her parents-... it was good to know that her mother was at least there. Koichi hadn't had much time with her during his childhood...the woman had left when he had been young...and the few details she had learned about the woman, she had heard from Koji. Koji had been reserved about it, though...
The way the blond girl stood close to the guy with wavy pink hair... though...That...wasn't his father. An old boyfriend? Huh... Sera opened her mouth to ask about it, but refrained herself, knowing that she could ask all her questions once they were back in Tokyo. A part of her now wanted Koichi to stay...to have him talk with his mother...to get to know her in this time...but there were more important matters. "With my feet planted firmly upon the lands of those who came before, I seek to create a better tomorrow for those who are yet to come..."As he began to walk away from the station and opened up a path into the Amala Network, Koichi couldn't help but notice the piercing gray eyes that followed him, observing the way he walked and no doubt, having caught at least a glimpse that he had thrown in his mother's direction before leaving. That was the Amagai Genji that she had told him about in the Bad Future all right, the stories in which she would relate how he could tell everything about a person with just a single look at them...as though he could look through them, and that wasn't even speaking of when he used that unique eye power of his. She always spoke about him in such affectionate terms that even after she had come to love their father, it was clear that he was at the very least a special friend to their mother, but not much later he could identify what the true emotion behind that longing in her voice was. Anybody could have, really; it didn't take a Mori to tell when a person had been, or continued to be, in love with someone. He made her mother happy...and that was the most important thing about the memories, he thought. Nonetheless, that was how their future unfolded, and this was the present...he was happy for her. She deserved this. Again. But seeing him now was just an illustration of what had made him special enough to earn her attention. Just as another treat of being here in this time and place was to see the legendary leadership prowess of Soji Seta; his coming back into the station and again laying out the day's itinerary for those who were wise enough to listen to it was a reminder that they were really going to be okay.
They didn't need him here, not right now. In Tokyo, however, his people needed him. And it was time to go.
"Farewell everyone," he waved as he stepped into the network, silencing his desire to say a special goodbye to his mother as he let himself slip into the falling sensation of entering the Amala Network. Soon Sera would be behind him as well, and the two of them would return to the city from whence they had come...enemies, now, to even more of those who remained alive in the place that his father had protected before all of this. That was nothing new, however...Tokyo had been under siege from the beginning. Only now...they would need to be on the lookout for other factions, in addition to bandits, demons, and who knew what else. This was still inside his calculations, however. He just had to push forward...to save as many as he could.

"Ah..Giriko.." she called, bowing her head. "I hope you're still holding out..Aha.."
She felt nervous...a bit awkward with the girl still..Yet, as she looked into her eyes, she could see something...A similar sense of worry...As if someone she cared about was out there, still.
"He'll be fine.." she called to the girl, lightly. "That person..I'm sure you're looking for him, but he's going to be okay. I just know it. And..I'll make sure of it too."
The girl didn't need to be psychic to realize she was concerned...or that her feelings were similar to hers for Nekura. Even if she wouldn't admit it...
